They checked any areas of concern and gave us different options to fix those areas while still being budget friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our roof was in good condition and safe. They even sent photos when the job was completed to show us the work that was done without us having to go on the roof ourselves.

I found this company on Kijijji. I had no experience or reference to this company. I called Shawn the owner and he was very cordial and respectful. I needed two windows recapped as air was coming through into the bedroom. He (smartly) dropped by to look at what I needed done. He then told me he would call tomorrow with a price and date to do the work and he did. He took the old 30Y caulking off (not an easy job at least to me) in a meticulous fashion. He got every single bit of it. He then removed capping and removed caulking right down to the brick perfectly. Then he perfectly scrapped any traces off the vinyl window frames some visible and some not. He cleaned the area very well before caulking so that it would adhere properly. He used excellent quality caulking. I watched all of this. Not an easy job. Yes, I was amazed on his quest for perfection and customer satisfaction. I recommended him to my single woman friend and she is very fussy also. She told me he did an excellent job. He's a very cordial person and thorough. I don't want to go through a bunch of contractors who lead you on, miss dates and the risk of a poor job with no follow-up.
Yes, I will hire him again as needed and recommend him to my friends.

I own a building on Erie St in Windsor. I had contacted Heywood Roofing for the job. Shawn was fantastic and very professional and a also quoted the lowest price. The finished job was of very high standards.He finished the metal capping for the building as well the roof work. He went beyond the contract to fix deficiencies. A big shout out to Shawn at Heywood roofing and renovations for the excellent job capping our windows, eliminating drafts and adding curb appeal to our home. They also repointed our chimney and installed new aluminum flashing. To our surprise they even fixed some deficiencies we didn't even know existed. Great work!!
