We were not planning on purchasing a new truck we were just there visiting family. But when we stopped and looked at the truck and met Sam it just happened. He treated us like he had known us for years even though just meeting us. There was no pressure just friendly conversation and details about the truck. Everyone we had contact with was the same as Sam friendly and made you feel like you mattered. If you are looking for a vehicle it is worth the drive even if you’re not from the area. We will be back for our next vehicle. You don’t get service like that anymore. I am very grateful for the help in getting our new truck.

I have been going to Herring Ford regularly and PAYING to get “the works” done every single time I went in.. and I checked my paperwork telling me my tire treads were good and showing I paid for new air filters on every receipt.. well they were lying.. not only were my tires showing wires on two of them the others were rotten and they NEVER once said anything! And I was out of town when my oil was due to be changed and the guy showed me my air filter and said that this hasn’t been replaced in a VERY long time.. (I get my oil changed regularly…. And on top of all of this they broke the driver side seat and then tried to blame that on me. I’ve tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt but when I notice my tires didn’t look good and took it to a tire shop in town they told me it was a miracle I even made it to their shop..

Good prices I shop for this vehicle. It was pre-certified, but it’s needed to maintenance. Mileage has fell with the new maintenance schedule. Repairs were great.

I brought my truck in for an oil leak. The oil pan was leaking and work was performed to fix the problem. I’m being a bit picky but after spending roughly $800.00 to fix the problem there was no new window sticker for the next oil change put in nor was the oil reset on the truck. It’s the small thing but the details do count. I normally leave great reviews but this had to be said.

We always have the best buying experience at Dub Herring Ford. The salesmen are excellent, never pushy and always accommodating. The Finance Manager is superb and always find the best interest rates and bonuses for us to use toward our purchase. I would highly recommend Dub Herring Ford in Picayune for all car buyers

The service department is top notch, Mr. John took care of everything I asked and was very knowledgeable, as was his technicians. I live in Slidell and traveled to Picayune because the service was so superior to Slidell Ford. As long as I own a Ford I will not be returning to Slidell Ford. Herring will be my go to.

Herring ford took great care of my vehicle. Communication with the service advisor and Team was on point. Had a vehicle alignment issue other shops couldn’t figure, but Herring ford experienced mechanics were able to troubleshoot and correct the issue.

Purchased a 2024 explorer. Easiest and fastest experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Shout out to the finance manager, Speedy, for making all this possible. They gave me a great trade value for my vehicles. No complaints whatsoever, will definitely come back for further vehicle purchases. Highly recommend.

I've been to many dealerships over the years, but only returned more that once to one of them. That's Picayune's Herring Ford. I been back dozens of times over the last 15years. This location will change your mind about dealerships.

You won't regret it!

Worst service department I've ever encountered. Had trouble with them several years ago but thought I would give them another chance. Huge mistake. Vic Tortorich and his co-workers are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Things happen and misunderstandings are made but having a bad attitude and speaking harshly to customers makes them 100 times worse. Herring Ford will NEVER get another penny from me.

Negative stars need to be a thing.
Not once but TWICE have I called the day before, followed exact orders and had my car forgotten about.
I called the day I was planning to do a night drop. I was told to fill out the form, put it in the overnight basket with my cars.
We hadn't heard anything by 4pm the following day. We call, the guy who checked the basket "overlooked" my keys.
My question was, did no one question a car sitting in the drive all day? Apparently not, and it was a 5 person team who overlooked my car all day. I suggest avoiding this place at all cost. The service department is a JOKE

I do not recommend anyone to Ford in Picayune, MS! I give not even 1 star to this unprofessional business but I had to for it to let me post.
In April of 2024, I put my car in this dealerships service department for a new alternator. The day after I picked it up, my belt shredded and came off.
Now here is the part that upset me most: the service department here at Ford said they would fix my car free of charge since they were at fault for not doing their jobs correctly- causing my belt to come off (To replace the alternator, the belt must come off and then be replaced) A man in the service department give me keys to a used loaner car to drive while mine was being repaired.
That same day; which was a Friday, I had gotten into a major accident in their loaner vehicle. There was some feature with this car that if the tires get on the line of the road, the wheel will snatch by itself. I had no idea until it was too late. Whoever handed me those keys should have sat me down, give me a heads up about this dangerous feature, and should have checked if I even had a license and insurance.
The unprofessionalism here is ridiculously insane! This feature caused me to fishtail out of control, finally causing me to flip 3 times before hitting 2 oak trees.
I sat in ICU for a week, had to have emergency surgery on my abdomen due to internal bleeding from the seatbelt, broke my arm and had to get plates and screws put in, and many other injuries.
I had called Ford first thing Monday morning while in the hospital to let them know that the loaner car had been totaled and all he said was “yeah, I seen pictures.” They also called me so many times a week until I put a stop to it- hounding me about this and that. I told these people I was in the critical care unit and they still would call. These people are scammers and are just out to add a dollar to their multibillion dollar company! Obviously they were not worried about mine or my two little ones safety!!
Ford ends up going after my insurance for the claim when they had insurance on their loaner. (Why not file the claim through their own)?
- back to when I finally got my vehicle out of Ford, I had a bill close to $3,000. Ford was supposed to fix my car for free since they did not do what they were supposed to do the first go round. This is what the guy that is over the service department told me.

Luckily I have extended warranty that I purchased when I purchased my car; I only came out of pocket 90$ when getting the car out. This should have never happened; they filed a FALSE CLAIM through my extended warranty group & now my group is skeptical of approving anything else. When my car was being worked on, they ignored that my cv axle is and was broken and control arm is about to pop out of its place.

When I picked my car up from Ford, my AC did not work when it worked completely fine before it got to them. My car has been acting funny in so many ways since.
Honestly, with the false claim they did on my group I will never put my trust into the Ford Herrin in Picayune.
I have since then booked with a totally different Ford dealer- I will not give a penny to these people again!

I had great service here staff are friendly and very helpful,I bought a ford maverick here which I couldn't find nowhere else I will be buying a new f150 here soon.

I had the best vehicle purchase experience in my life with Herring Ford. I was coming out of state and needed a vehicle quickly to drive to work in my new town. Gerald helped me to get all of the paperwork together and I picked up the vehicle shortly after I arrived in the area. He never tried to convince me to get a different or more expensive vehicle. He listened to what I wanted and helped me get it. Upon pick up, the truck had been serviced and filled with gas. In my old town, dealerships don’t do that, that was above and beyond for me. I was so hesitant to buy a vehicle from a dealership because the ones I previously went to were awful and aggressive, but Herring Ford was nothing but positive and accommodating. I love my Ford Maverick, thanks again guys.

So many times when I have gone to purchase a vehicle I start off excited but shortly after I’m second guessing why I decided to by a new car. I was very pleased with how my experience at Herring Ford went. My salesman Sam, understood what I was looking for and not once tried to over sell me. When it came down to the price, I explained to him what I had researched and what I was willing to pay. Sam was determined to make a deal we could both be happy with to stop me from driving further down the road. Best of all I did not spend half a day doing paperwork. I would gladly go back.

This place is amazing! Vic and the owner are life savers!! They went above and beyond to take care of our needs and make sure we were taken care of! They took us from stranded in a median to on the road in less than 45 minutes! Great people who go the extra mile for random strangers! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

Update: 05/25. I visited Dubb Herring service department for a routine oil change/tire rotation. Service was quick. After completion I drove my vehicle out and noticed a noise coming from my vehicle, and called the service dept immediately. 2 service technicians came out and accessed the problem. I was asked to return to the dealership where the issue was corrected immediately. My big takeaway: In the real world, "stuff" happens! What separates service providers is how the "stuff" is addressed and handled afterwards. Big thanks to Mr Vic and team, I appreciate.

I dropped in to get "The Works" maintenance service for my Escape. All employees were polite and friendly, and although it was a busy day, my check-up was completed fairly quickly. When it turned out that there was an additional, unexpected issue with my vehicle (not related to the servicing), the staff still found time to squeeze in my additional repair job before the end of the day, saving me a lot of trouble. I have always been satisfied with my service visits to Herring Ford, but this time I was truly impressed. Well done, everyone!

Went in with a open mind.looking for a used truck. Came out with everything I was looking for. Fast easy was there an hour had my truck. Great wonderful experience...

Everyone was really friendly. Sam our salesman was professional and answered all our questions. Hiriam (Speedy) who did our paperwork was a very enjoyable person. I truly appreciate all their hard work.

The girl on the phone was super nice. The man in the office on the other hand (mike) was rude. Didn't help me with the situation just took my name and keys didn't explain nothing. He did very poor customer service

My elderly mother and I were traveling from Alabama to Texas when my 2019 F150 started acting up. Herring Ford was the closest dealership so I stopped in to see if they could help. Chris in the service department was wonderful!! He immediately took the truck back to run a diagnostic, ended up being a loose sensor wire. He secured the wire and we were all set to go. Chris was so kind and helpful, I highly recommend Herring Ford!!

I was very pleased with my experience. I had a coupon for check up but needed a tire balance. My rep let me know my 2 tires were showing wire. Gave me prices. I couldn't afford them yet had to wait. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

Very pleased with my experience at Herring Ford. Sam is unlike any other car salesman I've worked with. He genuinely wants you to be satisfied and comfortable with your purchase. Communication was great and not once did I feel pressured. Sam went out of his way to ensure that our Explorer was safe and reliable.
