Our experience with Herndon homes was horrible to say the least. More mistakes than I could write in this post. Plus major cost overruns and hidden charges. Some examples- paid for class 4 shingles per our contract and got a lower grade. Kitchen was laid out wrong just enough that you couldn't tell until after the cabinets came in the wrong size. But of course all their mistakes are an up charge to get corrected. Mike is a great salesman not a good builder including Urian Weaver. Don't let him turn your dream home into something you regret.
