In the first week of April, 2022, I had HERNANDEZ HOME IMPROVEMENTS remove an old 10 x 20 ft deck and create a new 12 x 12 ft. It is amazing how well the crew works together. No time wasted and no going slow.
The crew and Mr. Hernandez arrived at about 8:30 am and were basically done by 5:30 pm that same day. Everything was completed but for the
rails for the steps to the ground and a special ramp for our age/disability
impaired dog. Thursday was rainy and they couldn't work. On Friday all
of the work was completed. The materials used and the final fit/finish
was totally outstanding. I will certainly try to use this group for any other
construction and such that needs to be done around our home. Truely
an extremely competent crew of men. The price was more than reasonable.
before locating Hernandez Some improvements I got nothing but excuses
as to why other companies couldn't or wouldn't do the job. Thank you again
for the great work you and your crew did.
Hernandez installed new roof and now I have a leak I called and he said he would be here Friday to look at it at 4 I called again at 420 and he said he was trying to see if I was still available but ive recievwd no calls or text from them then he tells me he will be here in 20 mins I wait all night no show no call nothìng that's sorry service and unprofessional and I had more work to be done so it's his loss. I guess he doesnt stand behind his work at all
These guys were awesome, From the estimate to the completed installation Jose was professional and Honest. They took the time to move objects that could be damaged from around the yard before placing tarps to catch any falling debris. I would highly recommend this company for any of your home repair needs.
