My new roof looks great. I am very pleased with Hermitage Roofing especially Derek. I worked with Derek from the initial estimate to the finished job. He was polite and took a lot of time explaining the entire process and was here two to three times each day checking on the progress of the job, always checking to see if I had any questions. He came back to inspect the finished job and to make sure clean-up was done and that I was pleased. He had the crew come back for a small area that I would never have noticed but he felt was not perfect.
From the office staff, Derek’s help and the crew, everyone was very courteous, professional and dedicated to getting the job done and pleasing the customer. I would recommend Hermitage Roofing.

The called in morning probably about 10 or so .The said the be coming in 30 min.I said ok .I came back from the duithe sit in the truck eating lunch.Well ok .The sit and sit than the ask if I wanted reschedule I said I know.He didn't had all the medical pieces.Wars 12:30 he said half today half tomorrow.He didn't know what piesese to replace.To me seem like the didn't wanted to do the work.He keapt asking me if I want to reschedule.Took 3 weeks to tell me the take maybe 2+ days.Please do yourself a favor don't sign any contract.I think the really just wanted to go home. Probably would came home to a mess if I wouldn't been off

We recently had Hermitage Roofing replace a roof at our home as well as some repairs and also a roof at my mother in laws. We were so pleased with the work that was done. We worked with David Sanchez. David and his workers were both awesome and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. From start to finish he would always return calls and answer questions. He also personally over saw the work that was being done. He also made sure that clean up was done to our satisfaction.

I called cpmpany after hours and owner answered the phone. Promised to be at my home the next day to replace shingles that had blown off due to wind last week. As promised they came and replaced my shingles even though they had a lot of jobs and were very busy. They were very friendly and did the job quickly and thoroughly. Would definitely recommend Hermitage Roofing to anyone with roofing needs.

Andre Purdue II did an inspection for a water leak we have in the attic. He started in the attic and then went on the roof taking pictures in both areas. He then recommended contacting our HVAC company. He said if necessary Hermitage would team with our HVAC company to make the repair.
He did not bill us for this service. A terrific, professional company.

Hermitage Roofing installed a new roof, added 2 ventilation fans, and fabricated and installed a new copper window awning at my home. I am extremely pleased with the quality and cost of their work. I strongly recommend them for any roofing needs. They were professional, honest, fast, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards (they even had a guy come back the next day to inspect the cleanup!). Ask for Billy-he is a great guy who will provide an honest assessment of your roof

Responsive from Day 1 if engagement. We received a quote within a day & started the work within a a week. Work was completed in 2 days. They cleaned up the mess st the end of each day and were easy to work with. Billy was great, he cares about the customer!

Hermitage Roofing was amazing! They fixed my roof quickly and; I was very impressed with their professionalism and price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and have referred them many times.

They were able to replace our very large roof in 2 days, and after cleared up the work site very, very carefully. Very thoughtful to work around the needs of our family, even coordinating with us for taking our dogs out and letting our little ones get play breaks in. The work crew could not have been nicer. Maybe not the cheapest option ever, but I don't think you'd find the quality and service they provide in many other companies.

Last year, Billy helped me work through an insurance claim to replace a storm damaged roof on my house, and I couldn't be happier with the job Hermitage Roofing did. Not a single nail or piece of trash was left behind and the house looks great with the new shingles. I just had them back to put a roof on my new garage. The garage roof matches the house perfectly, and again they did an excellent job for a great price. Had an appointment set for them to repair a spot on our roof. Signed a contract 2 weeks in advance and took off work to make sure to be at the house when they got there. Waited until 1140 and called the business number to see what was going on. They then had a manager call me and he said they were running behind but would get to me that day. Needless to say they never came nor contacted me to let me know what happened or what was going on. Very unprofessional.

We have used Hermitage many times over the years on our slate roof. Everyone is very professional and they do quality work. We will definitely use them again when needed.

I would recommend this roofing company to anyone and everyone I know in need of a roof replacement. I called to get a quote and received the quote the very next day which was almost 1,000 less than the other quotes I received. This company came out and replaced my roof a few days later and I am very satisfied with the work and the fact they got it done when I needed it done by. Very professional and good work. Hermitage Roofing far exceeded my expectations with their responsiveness. A home inspection revealed an area that required flashing to divert rain water. I received my estimate and the flashing was installed the very next day. The price was reasonable and I would use this company again.

Had used Hermitage in the past when I replaced my roof. Just had them replace all gutters and downspouts and install gutter guards. Did a great job!

So glad we kept getting estimates on shingles and gutters, we would have never found Billy! He was very professional and personable, great price and got the job done quick and painlessly. Replaced a 1913 metal roof with a membrane.
Crew was on time both days and a crew of 6 worked extremely hard and ensured that the roof was water proof before they left on day 1- & it was a long day!
My neighbor commented several times that she thought that some material ..would be found on her property but was extremely surprised to find none. Cleanup was spotless.

I am not anticipating any problems but I have all the confidence that they will be responsive and resolve any issues.

Estimator was timely. Scheduling the job was reasonable. Everyone was very professional, worked efficiently & actually cared that they did a good job.

This is an old school company that does great work. This is the second time they've got a call from me for roofing work. The estimator Mike presented me some options and I chose a rubber membrane over a very flat section of my sunroom. The cost was very good and the workmanship was tops. They are my roofing company going forward.

Extremely professional, honest, and responsive. We needed an estimate and inspection for our slate roof, and could not have asked for a more thorough and timely response.
