Heritage Roofing is replacing all the roofs in our complex. They did an excellent job communicating instructions with all the residents and provided contact numbers of the Field Supervisor and Production Manager. They have stuck to their schedule and completed our building on time. Their crew is very hard working, efficient, and extremely respectful of our property! They clean up daily and ensure there are no stray nails on the ground. I am very impressed with their workmanship!

We had an excellent experience with Heritage Roof and Contracting. We initially started with another roofer then reached out to Bryan at Heritage to compare estimates/scope of work and I'm extremely thankful we did. Bryan was phenomenal in working directly with our insurance company to approve a class 4 roof, new gutters, and exterior paint plus several other items. We had a tight deadline so Bryan arranged to get it done quickly and his team did a phenomenal job. I also appreciated the larger selection of roof and gutter colors. Our house looks great and it couldn't have been easier! 10/10 - highly recommend Heritage.

We had some damage to our roof following a wind storm and Stephen came out to assess it and conduct the repair for us. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Got everything done quickly and left no mess behind afterwards. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Heritage Roofing Company did an outstanding job for us this past February. Jim Whyte, Julian the foreman, Kris and Todd the managers/owners….every one of them was the ultimate professional. The whole crew worked together as a top skilled team and completed the work in two days. Their clean up afterward was perfect. Any questions we had were respectfully listen to and answered. Just as importantly, when we asked that our sidewalk lights be turned back on they came the next day and immediately addressed it. My husband and I are 100% pleased with Heritage Roofing and all their experienced crew, as was the city inspector when he arrived a week later. Absolutely garbage and reckless! I am deeply concerned about the reckless and unprofessional driving behavior displayed by one of your representatives. On 12/20/24 0930, while traveling southbound on US-85 (Santa Fe), the driver of a vehicle with license plate OVI-821 demonstrated dangerous conduct by cutting off multiple drivers in the most reckless way having everyone slam on brakes and one car Irving to avoid hitting them and having to go into another lane that caused almost another accident. This type of behavior not only jeopardizes the safety of others on the road but also reflects poorly on your organization, if you care u less this is just the compaines atmosphere.

It is imperative that all drivers representing your company prioritize safety and adhere to traffic laws. Actions like this are unacceptable and could lead to serious consequences. I strongly encourage you to address this issue promptly to ensure the safety of the community and the integrity of your brand.

I can't say enough about this company and especially Bryan & Aaron Gramke. They came recommended to me and I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone needing roofing related work. They didn't just replace my roof but I also was unlucky enough to have 3 rental properties damaged in a hail storm that they did all the roof replacements on. Quality, timely, cost effective and very efficient! They are also incredibly helpful in dealing with the insurance company. Don't even hesitate to call for an estimate and see for yourself.

These men were amazing! They not only did a fantastic job on all 3 of our roofs, they repaired something that wasn't quite right - - voluntarily! Water damage to drywall inside the house (and painting, etc.) was also rolled into the insurance claim.

We were so impressed with this company. They completed a large project that involved several buildings. It was incredible how this huge job was so well organized which also included their contract company for gutter installation. The cleanup was superb. We can't thank them enough.

Heritage Home recently completed a roofing replacement at my neighborhoods condominum buildings. Bryan and his team came out to speak to the owners about the work they'd be performing. My initial impression was that they were honest folk, installing high quality product.

The work was completed quickly especially given the size and scope of the neighborhood, and the finished product looked great. The trouble came when accessing my exterior garage unit.

I reached out to Heritage, and Bryan reached back out almost immediately. He was diligent and generous to make sure everything would be made right, going above and beyond what I think most would consider is reasonable.

I appreciate Heritages craftsmanship on the work they have done in our neighborhood, as well as their utmost commitment to customer service.

***DO NOT HIRE*** THEY WONT COME BACK AND FIX MISTAKES!!!! Heritage was hired to do our townhouse communities roofs and wow what a nightmare. They started on our set of homes and didnt get finished that day which is fine but then it rained that evening .....we had rain leaking into our hallway chandelier and 4 HUGE water leaks in our garage. We called them to come look and the head guy (who we thought was in charge) his name is Mike Lungaretti. We sent him pictures and everything. He came and saw how jacked up the garage ceiling was and gave us the "oh we will fix everything we will not forget about you, we'll call you to get this taken care of" HAHAHA YEAH RIGHT!!!!! We havent seen them since and this was over 2 months ago. We live at Ridgeview at Eaglebend. A HUGE mess of nails were left on our roof so thats great.

We work our whole life for the proverbial “roof over our head” it is a very stressful time when it needs to be replaced and you need to call a company that you can trust. Bryan and his team did a fantastic job from beginning to end. We have horse property with multiple barns and horse pasture shelters. They did it all in one day! (The last time it took a different company 3 days) I was impressed with the crew, the work they did and the clean up. My property was spotless when they left and they did an excellent job cleaning up the nails (very important around horses and they understand that) I will never use another company and will refer them to anyone who needs a roof. Our HOA, Town Square, hired Heritage Roofing & Contracting for a siding and painting project. My husband and I were very impressed by the crew’s performance. They were professional, efficient and the job site was always clean. We would highly recommend Heritage for any project.

Heritage was contracted to roof all 40 duplexes in our complex. They have been very impressive in handling all the details. They are efficient, work hard and long, and clean up after themselves every day. They are very respectful of the owners. The supervisors are on site and really on top of things.
Before starting, Brian gave a presentation to the owners and was very professional, courteous (even to some of our ruder residents) and able to answer all the questions that were raised. I would give six stars if possible.

Heritage Roofing is the best! They give a fair price and do a fabulous job! Kyle was so easy to work with! Very professional and responsive. We will use them again if we need a new roof.

So, Cori is who came out to help me get my roof fixed. He was early both times, which I appreciated, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done, and then came back and did an excellent job. Quick and easy!! Cori should be recognized for a job well done!

I want to give a shout out to Tom, the Director of Construction. We had our roofs and skylights replaced by Heritage Roofing 3 years ago. One skylight just shattered. I spoke with Tom about whether it was covered under warranty since we live in an HOA community and were not involved previously. It was the HOA. Tom said he would check and take a look at the skylight in the next few days. I came home today from the gym and saw the Heritage Roofing truck. I talked to Tom and he had already installed the new skylight and said it was covered under warranty. This is customer service at its finest. Thank you Tom.

You're going to need to buy your own magnetic sweeper and use it once they're gone. They'll claim to use one but won't come close to finding all the loose nails that will be all over your lawn and garden. Seems like they don't take that part of their role as seriously as the roofing part. Also, roofing inherently has a lot of debris, but they'll only pick up the big stuff and ignore everything else, which is a ton of small pieces of plastic and foam that will be all over the place. Do a good job roofing but don't care to follow through on cleaning up after themselves.

Simply the best. They are fair and honest when it comes to evaluating a roofing problem. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. They were able to fix our issue on the same day they came out a and we appreciate their effort to find the leak issue for us. We highly recommend Heritage Roofing and would recommend them to our neighbors and friends. Thank you!

May 27, 2021 Palms Concrete (affiliated with Heritage Roofing and Contracting, same family owned business)replaced our driveway, porch, and patio. By May 30, 2021 large structural cracks formed in the driveway and patio. Additionally, many heat shrink cracks developed in the stamped porch concrete. Casey Colvin the general manager of Palms Concrete, HRC Concrete, and Heritage Roofing stated in writing that they do not warrant there work. Brad and Michelle Gramke own Heritage Roofing and HRC Concrete. Bryan Gramke owns Palms Concrete. Palms Concrete is a subsidiary of HRC Concrete. These guys are bad news and dishonest contractors.

Heritage Roofing & Contracting, HRC Concrete, and Palms Concrete are owned by Brad and Michelle Gramke with Casey Colvin as the General Manager and Brian Gramke Sales Representative for all three companies.. When we hired the concrete company we were originally told we had hired Palms Concrete to replace our driveway, porch, and patio. But we were told by Erick, the on-site General Foreman that it was no longer Palm’s Concrete and instead it was now under the parent company of Heritage Roofing & Contracting and we would be paying HRC Concrete for the work. The concrete was poured on May 27th, By May 30th a large structural crack formed in the driveway and patio. Also, lots of surface cracks formed on the stamped concrete as a result of the crew allowing the concrete to dry too much before stamping it. This analysis of the poor workmanship was stated by Brian Gramke. Brian Gramke and Erick the on-site General Foreman both said Heritage Roofing & Contracting will stand behind their work and make the necessary repairs to include replacing the cracked concrete. But Casey Colvin made it clear that the company will not repair the work. I am now stuck with having to hire another company to repair the damaged concrete. There are a lot better companies out there that do stand behind their work. Heritage Roofing & Contracting is not one of them.

I have worked with Heritage Roofing for several years. I use them for work and for my personal home. I have never had once complaint about the crews when it comes to having their lunch. They always pick up behind them selves and they leave the property in better shape than they found it. I had my roof done on my home last week. I suffer from acute pain and last week was an awful week. It was a pleasure listening to the crew work in concert. The crews came everyday upbeat, signing and dancing. Watching this was fun and made me feel better. Thank you Heritage. ALL of you are amazing. Here's to many more years.

I have worked with Heritage quite a bit over the years at different communities around the front range and they always do a good job and are very helpful and honest. Honest on whether a hail storm warrants a claim or not and honest about the condition of the roof. The roof replacement projects have gone well with little to no issues reported by Homeowners. I intend to keep working with them going forward.

They are the best company to work with. This was the easiest roof replacement for an entire community that i have ever had in my 15 years of working as a property manager.
