The staff and team at Heritage are excellent to deal with. They provided detailed plan specs on our project. The trusses were built with quality lumber snd delivery was fast. I had checked with multiple truss companies prior to Heritage and was unimpressed. I highly recommend you go with Heritage Truss for your next build!

I'm a little confused as to why there are not many reviews for this company! I came across this company for my roof Truss needs as I was starting a home addition project. I was referred to them by my architect. I called and left a message, the call was returned by a wonderful lady (Michelle) who first apologized for the late response due illness (I could hear it in her voice) and then proceeded to help me. She didn't need much info at all, just some basics and the plans my architect had drawn up and she quickly provided me a list of truss materials and price. The lever of detail she provided was amazing. But this was not the end, this is when the real struggles started for me and my build. I ran into my first hurdle, how do I create a materials list, even learned a new word, “take-off”! After many unsuccessful attempts trying to find someone to do it, (Home Depot/ Loews are useless in this regard) I was about to go drive an hour to Cartersville to 84 Limber as they said they could do it. Fortunately, they couldn’t do trusses. So I called Michelle back and she was not only awesome with trusses and floor joists but asked why I was going to Cartersville for supplies. When I told her I can’t get a take off done, she said call Steve at Randall Brothers and gave me his number. From that point onward, through every step of my project, I have called her when I had questions or if there was an issue where the framer damaged the truss etc, she was there for me like if it were her own house! I can't say enough about how much she has helped me and how wonderful of a person she is. I hope others like me struggling some how find her or people like her. Even their delivery guy was awesome! The entire transaction with Heritage Truss Inc. was not only flawless but smooth as silk! I will probably not need to use them again for a long time if ever but I know who to call if I ever have the need for a friend or family member.
