Heritage Exteriors just finished replacing the siding on our house, and they did a fantastic job. The house, which is almost 40 years old, looks brand new. Kevin is very easy to work with, as is everyone on his team. This is our second major project with Kevin, and I would not hesitate to hire him for a third in the future.

We owe a debt of gratitude to Heritage Exteriors of Upton for helping us with an emergency repair on our home's roof. Not only was Kevin professional and knowledgeable, but he was sensitive to the urgency and circumstances of the repair (our house was under contract to be sold). He and his team moved quickly to help us resolve the issue fully and beautifully.

I spoke with several contractors the same day I reached out to Heritage Exteriors, and while they were polite, they did not have the flexibility in their schedule to help us. Heritage Exteriors MADE the time to help us. It is not an exaggeration to say they saved us from months of prolonged anxiety and disappointment.

I hired Heritage for siding and windows about two a half years ago and was very happy with the result. Kevin is very responsive to questions and requests. This past winter, I noticed that the seals were leaking on two of my new windows, so I sent him an email asking about the warranty and he was out to check them out a day or two later. Replacement sashes just arrived and are being installed, all under warranty. Very easy.

From start to finish, working with Kevin was a fantastic experience, easily the best contractor we have hired!

We called Kevin to get an estimate on replacing our siding after our home (circa 1865) was hit by a drunk driver. He met with us and provided a competitive estimate. After some thought, we asked Kevin to come back and talk through options on also doing all the wood trim. He was very accommodating and helpful, answering many questions and concerns and guiding us through our options. Kevin’s knowledge and expertise with historical homes was also a bonus for me and incredibly helpful.

Kevin and his team did an amazing job on our home. His team is very professional, efficient, respectful of our property, and the job was done within approximately 1 week after signing the contract and scheduling the work.

In February of this year, we had a tree fall on our house causing substantial damage to the structure. Kevin arrived within hours of my first call. Kevin's knowledge and experience were instrumental in navigating the red tape and hoops the uninsurance company threw at us continually. We had 14 Harvey windows installed by Heritage Exteriors. Kevin, Drew and Liam did a fantastic job of removing the old windows and installing the new windows. I had Heritage Exteriors do my siding and gutters. Kevin was amazing! He was very responsive and listened to what we were looking for. He gave us suggestions on how to keep within budget and how to he could upgrade our look. His team were very professional and quick. They were done within a week and fixed some of our ply wood that was damaged. We had new windows put in before by another company and Kevin was able to fix the flashing and made our windows really water proof and sealed properly. We contacted Heritage Exteriors for a major exterior renovation project for our home which included new siding to replace 1960's installed wood shingles, replacement of 2 entry doors and 5 older windows. The price for the project provided by Kevin was reasonable and lower than two other companies that had also bid the job. As the project began, we decided to replace an additional 13 windows, a cellar bulkhead door and 3 new storm doors. Kevin was accommodating with the additional changes and the workmanship by his crew was top notch. Heritage provided an excellent exterior finish to compliment and replace the original unique-designed first floor windows of the house. The siding crew from Heritage worked quickly despite weather related delays. From removal of the old wood shingles, installation of new vinyl shingles and siding, to clean up of the area after, they did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend you use Heritage Exteriors for your home improvement project

We’ve used Heritage Exteriors several times for window replacement and a new roof. The work done was very good. Kevin, the owner, is a good guy and very responsive from the initial consultation phase to the end of the project. The price was competitive and the workmanship on the windows and re-roofing exceeded my expectation.

Our condominium association (22 buildings 74 units) was using a different contractor for vinyl siding and it was a nightmare. Kevin and his team saved our project. First time having to hire someone for a roof. Kevin and his team did great work. In and out in one day. Very courteous in explaining everything and options for us. Kevin provided high quality service and for a lower price than some roofing companies that have been in business for years. Even plowed around the yard so they could complete the job after getting a foot of snow at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

Kevin at Heritage Exteriors was a pleasure to work with in getting a new roof put on my house after discovering a leak, from the early stages all the way through to completion. His crew quickly completed the work in half a day, including a complete clean-up (you'd never know they were here other than seeing the new roof), and he responded promptly to my inquiries, before during and after the job was completed. Kevin did an amazing job replacing the roof on my 100+ year old house. He and his crew were prompt and professional. But what impressed me most was how he dealt with my crazy metal chimney that he had to work around and reinstall the guy wires. 2 months later, the wires must have straightened out a bit and the chimney started leaning from the wind. Within a few hours, he was back out on my roof fixing it without any hassle. Best service ever!

Kevin McLaughlin helped us fix a window issue that was causing our windows to fog up due to leaky window seals on a old Harvey window product. He came in the midst of a snow storm, on a rather short notice and fixed our window efficiently and quickly. He checked the quality of his work and I am writing this review right after he left. I am sure he will be willing to come back and fix any issues if they happen in the future, but it seems like he has done a fantastic job and we should be set for now. He did say we could call him if any problems arise in the future. It was reassuring to see such a level of competence and professionalism. Way to go and I highly recommend him as a Harvey Windows contractor.

I recently decided to put my house on the market. I felt a new roof would help with the sale. After researching several contractors, I choose Heritage. My new roof was installed within a couple of weeks of my decision. Hard to say a roof is beautiful, but it is! Kevin was a joy to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, communicative, competitively priced and prompt. His crew completed the project in one day, including taking away all the demolition material from the old roof. Kevin even came the next day to pick up little bits of paper and used a magnet to make sure there were no stray nails.
BTW, my home sold on the first day it was listed for over asking price. I'm sure the great new roof was key!

I live in Medway, MA and Kevin and his team from Heritage just completed a project at my house. They put on a new roof and vinyl siding. I can't say enough positive things about the experience from beginning to end. I found them online and was happy with their positive Yelp reviews. After contacting them, Kevin called me back within an hour and set up an appointment, he was very flexible. Kevin, who is the owner, met me on Saturday because it was convenient for me. He was very informative, honest, and reassuring. While other contractors spent a large portion of time telling me how difficult my house would be to do and how bad it currently looked, Kevin instead focused on what a positive impact he could make on the house. He was very confident and proud of his work. I obtained 3 other quotes from competitors and while not the lowest price, after our meeting going with Kevin was a no-brainer.
It is my understanding that either Kevin or the other owner is the crew leader for each and every job to ensure the highest level of quality. Unlike the high pressure national chains, at Heritage, the person you buy the job from does the work. The crew was very efficient, neat, polite, and professional. They worked despite brutally cold temperatures because they knew we were eager to have it completed. They went above and beyond to make up for a lot of imperfections that come with a very old house that people had added to over the years. They really were able to turn decades of shoddy construction and design into the best looking house on the street.
Kevin's communication and accessibility was first class the whole way. I can't remember to many times where I had such a great customer service experience that I had to write about it immediately. I am proud when I pull in my driveway now and when it comes time that I can afford to replace my deck, I will be giving them a call back.

Kevin from Heritage just left after finishing up an outstanding repair job on our siding, and I had to make sure to jump on here immediately to let everyone know how pleased I was with the work. I contacted them through their email address on the website this morning, sending pictures of some damage (due to heat from a grill too close to the wall!) to part of our vinyl siding. He responded to my email and came by within a couple of hours to match up the siding and give an estimate for the work. The cost was very reasonable, and he was back in a few hours to take care of the job. Excellent work, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Heritage, and would certainly use them again for similar needs!

Kevin and his crew did a great job on our project; 31 replacement windows, 2 replacement doors and complete vinyl siding. Once they started they never left the job until completion and worked in and through some terrible winter conditions including a single digit day with -18 windchill. All communications were clear and consistent with their actions. I would use them again.
