On point. I have a smallish home with a steep roof that I had neglected over the years to the point that I developed a leak. I called around and had a couple of companies check it out. Heritage got my business and I'm glad.

Here's why.

The owner (Rusty) and his son came out to do the initial inspection and were very up front and detailed about what needed to be addressed. Rusty met with the insurance adjuster which was very helpful. When we came to an agreement Rusty was very thorough and detailed in his explanation of what would be done and the materials that would be used. He explained how the work would take place and how he would protect the plants, house, and clean up. When it came to scheduling he was able to get to work in the time frame I needed and finished well ahead of his deadline. The workers were fast but without overlooking anything or cutting corners. They were very polite and accommodating anytime I needed to go in or out of the house and through their work areas. The cleanup was exactly what I expected and in some areas the workers left the yard in better shape than it was when they started.

Overall, Heritage was very professional, did a magnificent job of setting expectations, and an even better job in exceeding them. The quality of the work was tip-top. If you're reading this you're most likely in need of some roofing. You owe it to yourself to have Heritage at least quote the work.

I also needed some gutter work and tree trimming. Rusty gave me two references. Both of those contractors got my business and were prompt, responsive, and did good work.
