Heritage Bay by Great Southern Homes

If you can avoid great southern homes i would after 2 years of living in one of their homes all the problems popped up nail holes popping up everywhere it’s ridiculous they put these houses up so fast they dont care about quality its all about a dollar i can tell you where every stud at in my house from the nail imprints in the walls thats just the beginning ‍‍‍

Very friendly neighbors and neighborhood. I’ve loved living here for the past 2 years . It’s super kid and dog friendly and military friendly most of our neighbors are actually military like my husband stationed here Shaw . The convenience of food lion being less than 2 minutes way, being 5 minutes away to the only other Starbucks in town , 15 minutes from Shaw, and being next to so many schools it’s definitely the perfect place to settle down In for awhile .

I live in the area and kept my eye on these homes since I'm house-hunting. They are a bit out of my budget. I was disappointed to see multiple FOR RENT listings for this new community. Don't get me wrong - I currently rent from a local owner - but as a potential homeowner, I want a neighborhood of other owners, not renters managed by an out-of-state company.
