HEP Construction

I recently had HEP Construction handle some electrical work at my home and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. They were prompt in their response and arrival, and the team was thoroughly professional throughout the process. Not only was their work outstanding, but it was also reasonably priced. It's refreshing to deal with a company that values both quality and affordability. I highly recommend HEP Construction for anyone needing reliable and expert home services.

Replacing the one star, to five stars the problems to my front walkway and steps were fixed. Mr. Saub, Mr.Khokhar and Ms. Denise Taylor provided great customer service in addressing the problems and doing extra by painting my front porch and railings. I'm pleased with the results and impressed by their commitment to great customer service.

First, the initial project manager threatened to get his "street homies" to attempt to settle a financial dispute.

H.E.P. did not have the expertise or resources to complete our job. Including our finishes, this was well over a $300k renovation. It included a basement excavation and complete gut.

The building process was delayed severely by the lack of understanding for the structural engineering process. This cost us extra money for each site visit and set the project back into the pandemic. The workers informed us that time was wasted on HAND DIGS before securing the proper excavation vehicle.

The house was not built according to plan, without discussion for several of the changes maybe by the construction company. Our initial plan called for a mini split system in the basement and an HVAC system on the upper two levels. The unit for this system was to be on the roof. H.E.P. lied and said the HVAC couldn't go there after the process began. They installed a small deck(not on the plans) and put two HVAC units there. They attempted to charge us for this deck. We reached out to other HVAC installers who confirmed the roof placement was indeed possible with the proper cranes and tools. H.E.P. did not have these tools. This small deck also prevented us from building the correct deck off our rear extension. The original floors were installed incorrectly and we had to move out of our house for 3 weeks for them to be redone about 9 months after we moved in. In order to do this, they packed up most of our house and put it in storage. They improperly covered our televisions and commissioned art work. They damaged several of our expensive finishes and improperly installed others.

Lastly, the house is STILL not complete and is almost 3 years after they started initial construction. They have cost us thousands of dollars in lost AirBnB revenue and were unable to deliver our home. We made several attempts to allow them to fix things but Saud, the owner is too egotistic and unintelligent to manage himself, let alone a business, employees and job sites. Do not hire them under any circumstance.
