I don't know much about the actual business but I know that nobody should try and rent a Uhaul from them. They have poor customer service. Instead of coming to assist me on this past Saturday they just cancelled my reservation and wanted me to drive 16 miles out of my way to pick up another truck. They should not be an authorized dealer at ALL!****** After seeing the response I have to say that all they had to do was come and assist. While on the phone with Uhaul they have me all three codes to the locks and none of them worked. Do not use them to rent a truck. Go to an actual Uhaul business to rent.
A father and son business that has never let me down. They've always had everything I needed and have been super nice each time. Also locally owned which I support as well.
They don’t make places like this anymore. A true gem. Knowledgeable, helpful and genuine people. I’ll never go elsewhere again
