Servpro sent Kaci, Nichole to my mom's house (Everette) which caught fire. They have done a great job with the pack out, cleaning stuff up, keeping us updated on the process. Also Mark, Sid, Ayden and dee have done a good job on tear out.

Shirley with Servpro came out within 30 minutes of my call and immediately called her crew to come tear up floors and dry up water. Kaci and Nicole came out and carefully tore up all the flooring that water had gotten under.

While at a local medical facility, a doctor's office flooded. They did a great job of restoring the office, removing the water damage and making things normal. They also put on a fantastic golf tournament at Alpine Bay Golf Club yesterday.

We had water damage in our house from broken pipes and needed a mitigation company to do damage control. Tiffany and Phillip are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend.

I had a slow leak from my toliet flange being cracked and it obviously had been going on for some time. Shirley came out quickly and set up for them to come out right away. Chase and Tiffany came out and removed the affected flooring, treated the mold and put in the drying equipment. They explained everything thru the process. They monitored the drying process! They were very personable, knowledgeable and worked quickly to get things done! I would definitely use again if needed and I would recommend them for fast effective service.

We first reached out to ServPro on Wednesday and the very next day on Thursday, Shirley Kujun was here to inspect our home. Shirley let us know that the team would be here this morning to conduct the clean up of horrible black mold in our home.

This morning, Friday 4/1, TJ and Jessica arrived right on time and walked us thorugh the process of what they would be doing. They performed the treatment process and then both of them walked us through all of areas that they treated and explained in great detail what to expect and things that we can do to prevent a reoccurence. My husband and I were very impressed and appreciative of the professionalism and care that TJ and Jessica put into clearing our home of black mold that has plagued us for years. I had SERVPRO of St Clair County clean my carpet at the Kyocera Document Solutions Alabama office in Pell City. They were on time and we reviewed the scope of work with me. Jeff and Jessica immediately started work. When the job was completed they did a walk through to be sure I was happy. The results exceeded my expectations. I had ServPro of St. Clair County come out to perform an HVAC duct cleaning after we had completed some mold remediation. I was able to get an appointment within days. This company did a fantastic job for us when we had water damage in our house. They were very professional and responsive to our needs. They were always prompt, calling when they were on their way to make sure we were going to be home and letting us know when to expect them. They were very polite and did not smoke when inside our house. They made sure that everything was taken care of before departing each day.
