The service was outsourced to a couple of guys working for “R & H” services from hoover though this company claims to be in Pell City. They were over priced ($2,075) but the real issue is that they didn’t know what they were doing. I had them clean 4 fireplaces. They didn’t use proper blankets. In one of the rooms because they didn’t use blankets, a MASSIVE amount of ash soot came down the chimney and created a cloud so large that it literally covered EVERYTHING in the room. 2 weeks later and I’m still cleaning!!!! The same thing happened in another room but that cloud wasn’t as large. In that second room, they brought out wet wipes to have clean the room. Im cleaning that room as well. Then they called the next day to ask how the service went …. I shared exactly what happened and they said “ we’ll have our manager call you right away”. Well, that was a joke. Never heard back from them again. I would never recommend this company.
