The work team was great.!! Charles and his crew worked like Trojans ..if an unforseen problem was found, I was immediately notified and we discussed resolutions . Austin from SouthernDry came to inspect potential cause for cracked mortar joints in my brick walls. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and after inspecting closely all factors, he determined my front porch slab was sagging and was the primary force for the significant cracks on the front on the house. Another company had diagnosed the problem to be foundation settling and had proposed an extremely expensive pier insulation that would not have addressed the root cause. It’s good to know money I will spend in home repair will be going to fix the actual problem. Thank you Austin.!

We had a great experience with Southern Dry. They gave us a super competitive price and were able to start immediately. It only took them 2 days to install a drainage furrow with sump pump and 7 wall braces. They also offered a great warranty. Don Alford and the construction team (including Elias) are great to work with.

The work crew arrived on the day as planned and got busy right away. The crawl space encapsulation was completed in a timely manner. The lead man and his crew worked together well. Zach Akers came to look at our foundation today. We had a traumatic experience with another foundation company. I had been a bundle of nerves. He was very reassuring. He did a very thorough inspection. And was happily able to tell us that our foundation was just fine and had nothing to worry about. Other than we had a little drainage problem in the back yard that we already were getting things in the works for. He was very nice and listened to my every little concern. Explained why they werent issue in terms i could understand lol. So if you blabber like me he doesnt seem to mind. Lol. I will be calling back if i ever need their foundation assistance.

Calvin did the initial inspection and was very nice and informative, absolutely wonderful human being. Charles and his crew did the actual repair about a week later and did a fantastic job very quick and efficient. They walked me through the process every step of the way. 10/10 !

The whole experience with this company was great from the moment I called to have someone come out and evaluate our issue till the project was done. I had a pump and waterproofing installed. Everyone I had contact with from the sales rep to the installers were friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. They were on time and finished the job quickly and correctly and did not leave a mess. Their pricing was reasonable and this project was truly one of the most seamless processes I've dealt with for home improvement. I hope to not ever have issues again, but if something happens I definitely know that my first call will be to Southerndry!

Jason Selva was thorough in his inspection as well as his explanation of a resolution. He showed many pictures of under the house along with his determination of the resolution. He was very pleasant and easy to work with with our initial inspection!

SouthernDry came out to inspect my crawl space and took photos, then walked me through the issues and explained my options. There were no high-pressure sales tactics - thanks, Jake. Michael Simpson and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would and got right to work installing the posts to level my kitchen floor, encapsulating the crawl space, and installing the dehumidifier. They even built one heck of a crawl space door. Not only did they clean up after themselves, but they also left everything in better condition than it started. Jake was Awesome! He communicated well, was on time, respected my property and was very professional. He explained everything well and even showed me pictures of my crawl space so I could see existing issues. I appreciated this because most could tell me anything and I would never know if they were just trying to make a sale or if I truly had an issue as bad as they said. Integrity at its finest. The company offers a log of fina e options at interest rates that can’t be beat! I would recommend this company.

Calvin and the whole Southern Dry team have been great to work with. He did everything he could to help us avoid having to do the work, but when that became the only option, they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it and the system works great! It is so nice having the peace of mind when it rains that we won't have water in our basement. Junior, the foreman for the install also went above and beyond when we ended up having to cut into our tile to try to save some of them and make clean cuts that allowed us to patch the floor more easily. We really appreciated that! It's not fun having water in your home, but if you have to mitigate it, we can't recommend Southern Dry enough.

We used Southern Dry Foundation repair for our project after looking for the right company for months. From start to finish they were kind, respectful, helpful, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. They have called and checked in our the final project multiple times since completing it early December. They were never pushy and respected our decisions on the options given. We didn’t feel like they were just selling us something. They really cared, asked questions, and listened to our concerns. I highly recommend Southern Dry for your foundation needs!

Jake was very professional. He demonstrated that he was knowledgeable and communicated his findings, plan of action to correct problem and answered all questions completely. I had planned to contact other companies for consideration. However, I felt comfortable enough with Jake to sign contract.

My inspector/project manager Zach was awesome. A quality and "real life" person. Super comfortable and easy to have around all the kids and dogs. An honest inspection and quote with an idealistic payment plan. He was very informative and understanding to what my wife and I were actually needing/expecting out of their services.

I spoke with Don about my project and he was very friendly. He inspected the area, gave me a price which was lower than my previous estimates. However, I had a setback and was unable to get the work done at that time due to having to pay some other unforeseen expenses. When I called him back a few months later to get the project started the original quote he gave me was still the same. He gave me a project start date and time and his guys were there that day and time to get started, no cancelations or rescheduling. They did great job with installation and the plumbing work was excellent. I would highly recommend Don and his team at Southern Dry for any crawlspace issues you may have.
