They worked with us to find the best color shingles for our brick home, they arrived as scheduled (even on a snowy, windy day) and completed the job in a very timely manor!! They found an issue with one of the rafters and got it repaired immediately which we really appreciated! They showed us pictures of the issue so we stayed in the loop. We had our roof shingles replaced, leaky skylight replaced and new skylight installed. The process was exceptional from start to finish.
We met Caleb last fall to discuss our project. He showed up a few minutes earlier than scheduled and brought all his materials and booklets. He reviewed with us the products he used and why. He did not pressure us or attempt to sell us things we did not need. We found him to be trustworthy and reliable. He completed the work in a timely fashion and delivered on everything we discussed. Some parts of the roof needed repair work (from the previous leaky skylight) and the cost was minimal and fair.
He was able to exactly replicate the style of the trim work on the original skylight done by someone else more than 20 yrs ago. A small touch up needed to done shortly after the job was completed and paid for and Caleb was there within a day or so to do it. He is an ambitious young businessman that has worked hard to meet the expectations of his customers and I recommend his company to anyone wanting a job done right, on time, as agreed upon and for a fair price.

A large section of gutter and fascia was ripped from my roof due to ice buildup, leaving my attic exposed to weather and squirrels. I called for a quote, which Caleb emailed within a few hours. The next morning I signed it and an hour later a man took measurements and got a color match and that afternoon a crew that had just finished a job nearby swooped in and had the job finished and cleaned up in a few hours - just 24 hours after my initial call to helmuth roofing for the quote! Granted, it was a small job so they could fit in quickly but I think Caleb could tell I was desperate to patch the gaping hole where my gutter used to be. I usually grumble and complain when I have to hire repair services, but I’ve got nothing but praise for Caleb and the crew that came out to my house. Caleb was extremely responsive and stayed in communication with me for the whole process and made sure I was happy with the work on completion. The crew was very competent, polite, clean and professional and well equipped with tools of the trade. I will definitely hire them again soon for chimney repair and I heartily recommend them or your roofing and gutter needs.
