A few years ago I had a new roof done, best pricing, quick, clean. I was doing an insurance claim not related to the roof but they had to get on the roof. The insurance inspector told me "I have a very nice roof". Then I had a couple large branches come down and hit the roof. Heaton came right out to check for damage. Can't recommend rhus company enough.

Very good responce to our inquiry of work needed by Preston. What he promisted was fully completed. The men doing to work were very nice, fast ,harding workers...and they cleaned up perfectly after each day. 5 stars!

I needed my whole roof replaced, down to the plywood. After I decided to go with them they were out the next day and got it done quickly. Good quality products and customer service. They had the fairest pricing I could find. My favorite part was getting a quote from them. They just measured and gave me a number. There was no upselling or pushy sales tactics.

I called Heaton to request info about having a swamp cooler removed and the roof repaired. I explained to Shelly that we had tried to get the old swamp working but in trying had created a situation that would cause the roof to leak were it to rain.. I added that my husband had run to home depot for a tarp. She put me on hold for a brief moment and came back with a quote. I asked how soon they could schedule and she said they could come today due to our circumstances. Within a couple of hours they showed up, removed the old swamp and repaired the roof. We can barely tell where it was repaired. I don't want to create an expectation that this happens to everyone who calls them, but because my timing was perfect it happened for us. Even if they would have scheduled for a later date (which I fully expected) I would highly recommend. Friendly, professional, and even tho our roof is a little worn they didn't try to upsell me. I know who I'm calling when its time to replace the roof.

Heaton Bros. Roofing was the best value I found after soliciting bids from several roofers. They removed my old asphalt shingle roof, re-decked my roof, and installed a standing-seam metal roof. It looks great! They also took pictures at various stages of the job which they provided to me so I knew the quality of the work. They also worked around my tenant's and other contractors to ensure nothing would slow down the work. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. I am very pleased with his work AND he was the lowest bidder.

I had them come out to look at a leak after a big snow storm and all the snow started melting. The roof started leaking in the garage. They were quickly able to identify the issue and return the next day to make the quick repair. They determined in bed where there was a faulty instillation on the original roof at the end of a ridge.

I wish that I had called the Heaton Roofing folks earlier. Another roofing company with the slick door hangers were doing a roofing job at a neighbors house close to me. I needed my 7x20 shed attached to my house re roofed. I figured that the other roofing company was legit and did not check them out. I am a senior citizen over 70 and the other company charged me $1,850.00 to redo the roof. A few of my friends said that I was being ripped off so I called Heaton and just asked for a ball park figure without telling them what happened to me. Heaton was honest and gave me a range a lot lower than the other company. I sure made a mistake by not going with Heaton, they are honest.

Heaton Roofing gave us top notch, five star service from start to finish! Our roof was a complete tear off/replace job that was completed in two days. We had personal contact with the owners of the company who walked us through the process and the workers showed up on time, were very respectful of our property and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We have a large rose garden out front with a water fountain feature and we were afraid that this area might get damaged, but they took great care with our yard. They cleaned up all around the house afterward and even cleaned our entire gutters out. Their workmanship is truly exceptional and our new roof looks amazing! The job was priced reasonably and was much less than another quote we got for the exact same job and brand of materials. We would not hesitate to recommend this great company. What a positive, pleasant, hassle free experience!

They fixed our roof fast and they are honest. I had an inspection from another company and they were saying to change shingles but Heaton roofing fixed the problem with a much lower cost and without changing shingles.

My roof was damaged in high wind. The turbine vent was ripped off.
Heaton Roofing came out very quickly and replaced the vent.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Heaton Roofing. It was only an amazing 3 weeks from the time we make our first phone call to them until our roof was completed with new shingles and some other improvements. All their employees were very professional and explained each step of the process. The quality of the work is excellent and we didn't have to nag at any step. The dumpster appeared in our driveway one day and 2 days later it disappeared with our old roofing shingles (30 years old) inside it. The worker who replaced the shingles was very agreeable, hardworking and showed up when he said he would, worked all day on OUR roof and then left in the evening. Not at all like some experiences we have had in the past with other home improvement people when you never know when they might stop by for a few hours to work on your project, then leave to work on someone else's. The whole thing was in completed in 3 days and we are very satisfied with it. We would highly recommend Heaton Roofing.

Excellent service, great price, fast response. I was really impressed. They stayed late each night and were done in about 3.5 days. Every night they would clean up. They even cleaned out rain gutter and picked garbage and nails.

Heaton Roofing proved that they deserve 5 stars. During the second rainiest spring in our history Heaton Roofing kept reassuring me that I was still on the schedule. They asked if my roof was leaking and was in need of immediate attention, which it was not, thankfully. I have never seen a crew work so hard and long to make up for the lost time due to rain pushing their schedules back. They were able to complete the job in 4 days. I had them come out to my house to fix my ridge caps last week. There was confusion on the size of the shingles after the fix. I reported the issue to them and they offered to come out and fix those for us this week despite them having a crazy schedule; which shows that they take client satisfaction serious.
