AOK12 Painting Services & Chimney Inspection Ltd was a one-stop shop for all of our projects, including chimney problems, inadequate insulation, and pests. They removed rat nests from the attic, installed attic insulation, and examined and repaired portions of the chimney. Cleaning the dryer vent and air ducts proceeded without a hitch. They checked for carbon monoxide safety and fixed our non-functioning gas fireplace. The following day, roofing repairs were completed. The designated contractor checked in frequently and made scheduling easy. Their regard for our house and attention to detail were noteworthy. We are quite pleased with the outcome and will strongly suggest them.

I had an excellent experience with AOK12 Painting Services & Chimney Inspection Ltd. Evan performed an complete inspection of my chimney and found a heavy build-up of creosote that could have started a chimney fire after a few more fires in the fireplace. He completely removed it, in addition to performing chimney repair on a flue tile that was loose. His friendly demeanor and meticulous and thoughtful approach brought me peace of mind throughout the whole process. My fireplace is clean and works like a charm now. I will sure call AOK12 Company in a year for a chimney maintenance call.
