I am very glad to have hired Don and his team to do an inspection on a potential home purchase. Both gentlemen were friendly, professional, understanding, and most of all - informative. They never hesitated to answer any of my questions and willingly listened to my concerns. I felt my money was well spent and will gladly use their services in the future. Well to start off they messed up the inspection report. We have a brand new hvac system. They attached pictures and said it had fungus growing in it. I got home checked and nothing. I looked at the pictures again only to realize they were not pictures of our hvac system.... 2nd off they said I needed to shim my toilet... IT IS SETTING ON THE FLOOR! I caulked around the bottom because this is common practice. 3rd off there are a whole lot of "recommendations" I have never seen this on any inspection report. It is either in order or out of order. If you're buying a home steer clear of this place.

This team went above and beyond to do their job. They are very thorough and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a home.

These guys did an amazing job. There were more than professional and courteous, and did a very thorough job with their inspection.

If you’re wanting a quality home inspection from a very thorough honest “good old boy” who knows what he’s doing and spends the time to do it, then search no further. This is a husband, wife, son team and let me tell you, they’ll be from the crawl space to the roof and everywhere in between. I’ve had a couple of home inspections in the past but none even came close to how well this one was carried out. Can’t thank them enough.

Don and Kaylon did a great job during my home inspection. They took the time to explain everything they did and went over any items of concern. Very patient and thorough, I highly recommend. I will not be using anyone else!

I would highly recommend Heartland. Every nook and cranny was inspected. Don also explained why a sewer line inspection would be a good idea. The camera showed problems I would never have thought about until a back up happened. The inspections team was professional and enjoyable to work with.

The inspection team from Heartland were great! They took their time, looked everything over carefully, and answered all of our questions. They carefully explained any problems that were found, so we had a great understanding of our new home.
