I was pretty leery about everything related to roof replacement but Chris McIntyre at Hearthstone made the entire process so much better than I thought it could be. He simplified the process, kept us informed, and was very responsive in communications. He dealt with filing with the insurance company, was upfront about obstacles an insurance company could present (but ultimately ours did not!) and was on site during the insurance company’s inspection of the roof to make sure they didn’t miss any damage. He took aerial pictures and video of the roof before, during, and after the replacement. He checked on and kept me informed on everything I had concerns about. The roofing crew did a great job replacing the roof, and they put a lot of time into containing and cleaning up related debris. The roof looks beautiful. The new gutters look so much better than the old ones. I would happily use Chris again for roofing and look forward to his services with other house projects. Chris is experienced, professional, and kind, and really is a roofing and restoration super hero.

Hearthstone Restoration did an awesome job on my home. From removing and installing a new roof to the interior/exterior painting, every single thing was done professionally and looked excellent. Recently Xavier from Hearthstone Restoration knocked on my door and offered a free roof inspection. They found quite a bit of hail damage, and explained it may be covered by my homeowners insurance. Xavier worked my insurance company to file the claim. Within a few days I was informed my claimed was approved. Very shortly thereafter the job was scheduled. Several trees that were growing over the roof were removed and disposed of. The next day the roof was completed, and shortly thereafter new gutters were installed. The whole process was extremely efficient. I couldn’t be more pleased, and highly recommend Xavier, and Hearthstone Restoration!

Colin and Shawn were instrumental in getting our roof replacement covered by our homeowners insurance. The work was excellent and quick and the site was left clean . We are very happy with their professional service and would not hesitate to recommend.

Hearthstone Restoration did an excellent job renovating my home. The crew was professional and courteous and consulted with me as they completed work. The crew was on site early in the morning, worked diligently through the day and cleaned up tools and debris at the end do the day. I highly recommend Hearthstone Restoration for your next home improvement project. My home looks fantastic.

Sean and his team were the "best" to work with. I was skeptical at first, as I've been disappointed by previous contractors but he definitely did not disappoint! Work was completed timely and clean up was impressive. I highly recommend these guys ☺️

Unfortunately, we had more damage than we realized with a Hail storm in our area. Shawn and his crew did my sister-in-law’s roof next door, and we were so impressed with the work, their efficiency and the results that we asked for Shawn to do an estimate on our roof. This was after having already gotten 3 estimates, and told we would have a 6 month wait due to back log of customers from damages in the area. My husband first met with Shawn, and then later he came and met with the both of us, had already taken aerial views of our roof, including damages with his new drone. Now that was impressive! We have had a lot of difficulty with different contractors with our home, and them doing what they say they are going to do. I feel like Shawn has been honest and up front with everything. We agreed for them to do our work. And as soon as he got the deposit from our insurance, he said he could have a crew out here in 2 weeks! We were gone on a cruise, and there was a tropical storm headed our way. The crew came and completed our roof while we were out of town, working tireless to complete before the storm, an almost 5000 square foot home. They did a superb job! Unfortunately, we discovered that one of our outdoor garage lights was damaged during the process. As Shawn had explained prior to the agreement, if anything gets damaged around our home, if we find a lot of nails left over, he will send his crew back out to clean again or repair any damages. Our home is 10 years old, so the exact light could not be find. So he is replacing all 3 of our garage lights with similar quality lighting. That says a lot about his integrity and work. Wow! Hearthstone Restoration really delivers. After being denied more than a year, Chris and the team at Hearthstone got us approved for a total roof replacement with interior repairs to boot. They heard all same rejections that caused other companies to give up but this team kept pushing until full approval was granted. Chris was there providing outstanding communication every step of the way. The crews did exemplary work with immaculate clean up. Hearthstone Restoration is the company to choose. We could not be happier.

Chris with Hearthstone restoration was extremely persistent getting the work approved by State Farm, who had denied it for almost a year, while our roof was full of tarps! Once the job was approved, Chris scheduled the work promptly; then, the roofers did a fantastic job - and I especially enjoyed getting drone updates of the progress! - the cleaning crew the next day was extremely detailed. We also had a leak into the garage and the crew he sent was amazing, they took care of prepping, painting and the final product was A+ definitely recommend hiring this contractor!!

No one expects their washing machine to stop working and overflow, causing water damage to your house. Unfortunately, that happened to us. Luckily, I was referred to Shawn and Hearthstone Restoration as soon as it happened. Everyone I worked with at Hearthstone was super professional and helpful. They were out there as quickly as possible to ensure the water damage did not cause other issues, such as mold. They worked with my homeowner's insurance company to cover all the damage, including replacing the carpet throughout my house. Shawn and Ian quickly responded to my multiple questions throughout the process. Anthony and Travis were efficient and did a fabulous job with everything. Travis even returned to the house when we thought a new issue was happening. I highly recommend Hearthstone Restoration to anyone who needs help with water damage, mitigation, and restoration.

My roof was in terrible shape. Had started to leak in a couple of spots. Hearthstone was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Shawn is a wealth of knowledge. The work was superb and the roof was stripped and replaced in a single day, including re-sheathing with OSB to meet current code. I recommend Hearthstone highly for your roofing needs.
