The crew was at our home bright and early on these hot summer days. They were very efficient and had completed the whole roof from start to finish in less than 2 days. They were also very friendly.

Not professional at all, you could tell it is a family business and that they can’t fire family even when the person who schedules the appointments is combative, completely unprofessional by over talking customer. Horrible customer service. Repeatedly combative and kept giving time farms instead of a specific time. Completely unnecessary and Unprofessional once again, from it being from 10 a.m to it changing to 10-12 to finally 1-3, until they did show up around 1 p.m. This all happen to one of my family members.

Brand new 2.8 million dollar house with a leaky roof! Compliments of Headlee Roofing! Not just one leak there are many!!! They have tried to fix all the area’s that leak without success. I can not believe how truly bad this company is at roofing! Careless installation and oversight! They didn’t even use the materials that were called out in our construction plans. After consulting with several other reputable roofing companies their installation is so bad that our brand new house needs to be entirely re-roofed. Do not hire this company for roof installation! Run far away from them. All you will have is headache’s

Headlee has been to my home and my commercial property. They repaired both different roof/gutter issues for what was very, very reasonable pricing. They were fast and professional, not only fixing the issues but doing a full inspection for other issues for no additional charge. They do skylights too! I love that I have a roofing company that I can trust.

I was excited when workers came a day before scheduled to start replacing our roof. However , job was supposed to be done by May 31st which would give them a little over a week. Guys came for three days and then didn't show up over memorial day weekend. Fine, buy after four days and no one showing back up I emailed the owner and it was extremely hard to get any answers as to what was going on. Workers left, come to find out they were let go and I had concerns over the job done because things were left undone and not aestically pleasing. After many emails, pics sent we had Jose come out and finish our job for us (Jose is GREAT). But the job finished June 24th and should have been done on May 31st. As a customer I think it's extremely important that business owners keep you updated on what's going on. Unfortunately I feel like I had to pull teeth and nails to do so. I am happy the job is finally done but am hoping that the job was done well so we have no leaks. Guess we will find out. I am sad to say that I probably wouldn't use this company again for a roof replacement.

The work Headlee Roofing did, did not fix the problem in its entirety. As I tried to discuss the problem with them, I experienced rude & combative service as opposed to trying to come to any understanding. Thank God our situation was only a small leak and not a new roof. If someone knows a way to get my money back and give negative stars, please let me know.

This is a great roofing company. We have worked with these folks for over 25 years. In the past couple of years they installed a new roof on our warehouse. They stood by their word and their warranty. We will always call them for our roofing needs.

I’m not used to being happy with contractors but Headlee Roofing blew me away. Started on time, reasonable pricing, courteous workers, site cleaned daily, wrapped up when promised and work quality is amazing. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Headlee roofing is amazing. I often just call them to ask questions about a roof, and they are always happy to help. Then when I needed roof repairs done, they took care of it and they had lower quotes than the other guys. They are very professional! I will only use Headlee Roofing!!
