I have brought multiple vehicles to Heston and his staff over the years and I’m still satisfied with the service with my most recent vehicle tint. They were able to work on my Tesla earlier than scheduled and made accommodations for my car to be picked up after hours. I am pleased with the quality tint put on my car windows which included windshield, doors, corner windows, large rear window as well as the roof panel. Will continue to repeat with my future cars.

As a return customer, I was again 100% satisfied with the tint installed on my truck. Scheduling was simple, I was given clear and helpful information about the various product options and how they each would suit my needs. The installation was clean and tight. All the warranty information was given to me as a hard copy, digitally and a discreet product lable in the door jam. From the very first phone call requesting an estimate to the excellent installation, Heston and his team worked in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. In addition, their rates were extremely affordable. We recommend them without any reservations.

I've had two vehicles tinted here great service, fast turnaround, long wait for an appointment, they also sell stickers and clothing. I'll be going in for my first warranty claim on the tint I had done on my vehicle so I will update afterwards.

Update: after make me an appointment two weeks in advance with to speak with the owner about the warranty claim, arrived at the shop in the owner wasn't there I spoke with the employee who was speaking for the owner at the time and he stated that there was nothing he could do. I then called the national customer services for the tint company (LLumar) and was directed to another dealer. Long story short the owner told me not to come back to his shop to warranty my vehicle that he would warranty it this time but not to come back and was very rude. I no longer trust the shop to work on my vehicle, they sell a really good product but they have really bad customer service. I was directed to another dealer in Kona which would be Tint Master Lacy and I do recommend you give him a call before you commit to this shop. I've also lowered the star rating that I gave from 3 to 2 and added this excerpt.
