Trustworthy, priced right, excellent workmanship. Marcos and his team helped bring me back from the worst home flood. My kitchen, dining, laundry, bathroom and living room were all damaged and their work minimized further damage and remedied as much as possible with extraction and dehumidification. Could have been so much worse!

Marcos came daily to use his meter to assess water damage and spreading. His team was in here adjusting fans and dehumidifiers every couple of days.

He knew my home owners insurance adjuster from doing other jobs together and made sure to be here during the inspection.

Awesome! I hope I never need them again but wouldn't hesitate to call if anyone I care about does.

They are very friendly, however the communication skills where very poor. I've taken off of work multiple times to meet them at the site only for them to not show up and me having to call them (sometimes more than once) for them to tell me they had to cancel. They where very communicative in the beginning, but I feel like once they knew they got my business, the communication went downhill.

I would've gave 1 star, however I decided to give 2 because the only good part out of this whole process was the guy they sent to repair everything and finish up the job. He was the only one who communicated with me throughout his whole process and finished his job fairly fast.

Mac was awesome he made sure he covered all his bases with my place. They got the mold out, and all water damage in a good amount of time. They restored my floors, baseboards and walls even better than before. I would totally use them again!! Thanks Mac you’re awesome! And great at what you do!

Without fail, there has been immediate response to a call for help with water intrusion, thorough and professional remediation, and aftercare has been superb. There is not another company in Hawaii that can do a better job. They are THE BEST.

We live on in Kaimuki on 16th one block mauka of Wailae Ave. We are at the bottom of all of the hills and our intersection was a river during the the very heavy rains at the beginning of December(2021). One of our bedrooms is not post and peer and it was completely flooded. Marcus came over immediately and brought fans and de-humidifiers. Our toddlers room is right next to that room and we were very worried about black mold. Marcus reassured us that they would prevent the mold from growing and replace all the dry wall that was damaged. The following 5 days, his very professional employees called and communicated their arrival times and worked very professionally. They put all our furniture in the middle of the room, covered it in plastic, and made it happen. Cut out the dry wall, dried it out and replaced the dry wall seamlessly. Can't even tell any work was done at all. As an expert contractor in my field (Guardian Pool Fencing), this company is a master of their trade. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Undependable! I tried calling four times over the course of two days--never answered. I left two voice mails on separate days, no call back. I wanted their service, but not anymore. A supposed 24/7 company who never picks up the phone is dishonest and unreliable when not speedily returning missed calls and voice mails.

I thought I'd use them for a major water leak in the kitchen because they were helping my downstairs neighbor. Guess what I just leaned? My neighbor even had trouble getting a hold of them (I'm wondering why even recommended these guys if they were that slow with him). Oh well, I'm over it.

My advice: LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I called SERVPRO of Kailua and they answered right away and were ready to come to my home ASSP. That's what I expect from a water mitigation company.

I had a very real water leak and spent a very real $40,000 dollars on the ensuing remodel. Call and ask SERVPRO of Kailua who did answer their phone and got the project.

We are so grateful to this company. They went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone was professional. They were always on time, and very friendly. The rooms they remodeled are beautiful. They truly care about their customers, which is very rare these days! We would highly recommend them!

**Beware** They will put a band aid over your problems and then charge an arm and a leg. Their staff members lack manners. One of the younger gentlemen used my toilet and didn't flush. The worst part is the mold is back within 3 weeks and the owner whom I spoke to personally will not even send someone to assess the situation. Wish I didn’t have to give them any stars but that's not possible. I've given them an opportunity to make things right, but they won't get back to me.

These guys are lifesavers!!!!! I went on vacation and while i was gone my upstairs bathroom flooded into my living room. My ceiling collapsed and being a single mom, I had no idea what to do except maybe cry.

I looked them up on yelp and google and saw such amazing reviews. These reviews don't do these guys justice. John and his team (Shemiah, Sua and Keoki) came the within a few hours of me calling and started working right there. They were so professional, polite and so easy to work with.

It took a few days to clean everything up, but they got the job done in a timely manner and walked me through every step of the process. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. Highly suggest working with this team!

I hired this company to check the mold in my house and this guys are far better then I thought a best move I have done. I'm mold free and all water damage is gone. thank you very much for all the support and you guys did much more then I expected. Amazing focus I totally recommend.

Truly a 24/7 Emergency Service Company! We came home on a Saturday night and found water damages in our home from the water line to the toilet. We called a few other companies and never received a response! Oahu Extraction sent out a plumber to stop the leak, completed the tear out and even worked with my insurance company on rebuilding our home. Everyone we met was very professional.
