super friendly and professional, I don't think you'll ever find a better inspection team. John was very thorough documenting anything and everything from a minor paint chip to a crack in the Cement driveway. I cant express enough on how thorough of an inspection these guys do. Another really nice touch is how they get you the results of the inspection, 1. a email of the inspection
2. an email of the more critical deficiencies for quick reference with the realtor.

I was thoroughly impressed with John and Kyle. The time and detail spent on inspecting the house was awesome. I especially appreciated the walk through John did with me to explain some of the findings of the inspection. The report was very professional and detailed.
