John and his Wife did an amazing job with the inspection. I’ve had two other inspectors prior too John. John was much more thorough. John made it a point too walk through the house with me. He is very knowledgeable on the area, codes, and just real estate in general. John and his wife got me the report in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

super friendly and professional, I don't think you'll ever find a better inspection team. John was very thorough documenting anything and everything from a minor paint chip to a crack in the Cement driveway. I cant express enough on how thorough of an inspection these guys do. Another really nice touch is how they get you the results of the inspection, 1. a email of the inspection
2. an email of the more critical deficiencies for quick reference with the realtor.

I was thoroughly impressed with John and Kyle. The time and detail spent on inspecting the house was awesome. I especially appreciated the walk through John did with me to explain some of the findings of the inspection. The report was very professional and detailed.

Haven Home Inspections was amazing. They were reasonably priced, reviewed everything thoroughly and asked if there were any items we had specifically wanted looked at. A document with all issues and photos spelled out all that we needed to be aware of. They even provided company info for professionals to help with repairs we wanted done. I highly recommend Haven Home Inspections!
