Scott from Hausler roofing came out and personally did our roof repairs in advance of a weather prediction for heavy rains. Really appreciate their promptness and responsiveness!
Hausler Roofing has never failed to do the job that we needed them to do. Their attention to the customer is first-rate, they are friendly, and they will return to the job, if needed, to make sure that it has been done right. Their prices are reasonable, and they do thorough write-ups of the work.
Last year they worked on my rental property which has a slate roof when no one else would. They gained my loyalty because if it. A few months back I got a letter from them stating the owner is retiring and the step son is taking over the business etc. fast forward to now, I reached out to them to work on another rental and “Scott” has been blowing me off for 2 weeks now. I’m talking lame excuses like “ my car broke down”.
Update! I had since spoken with Merle the owner directly and he has done an incredible job of turning things around and providing the service that I am used to from Hausler Roofing. I’ve updated my review back to 5 stars. If you have any issues just ask to speak with Merle and he will take care if you!
