Hausauer Seamless is nothing but exceptional. Their communication, professionalism, product and the skill set of their team is unmatched. You can't go wrong when choosing them. From windows, doors, overhead garage doors, siding, gutters and decks they're the crew you need to get the job done fast, efficiently and without flaw.

I asked Neill at Hausauer to come a year ago to give me an estimate on the windows. He came and then I'm not sure what happened, but never did the measurements. Maybe the state of the house not having much of a roof and bad interior, or maybe it was political, I don't know. Regardless nothing happened and so I had no way to know how much to save for windows.

Well this past month, I set aside money for the new windows, asked him to come do measurements and give me an estimate (mostly just needed to replace the outside windows as a few of them have cracks or are broken) and he said he would call me to schedule something (not sure why I couldn't get scheduled then and there but that's fine). Then I continued calling and and being told he would be there the next week and then not hearing from him, I just called and said forget it, I'll replace the windows myself. I even had made sure to get a foundation inspector, and a brick/stucco person in to make sure I was ready for a window quote.

I wanted so bad to support this local business, but lack of communication to understand what was going on and follow through, is why I'm giving this one star.
