I feel because the job we need done is small they are ignoring us.
It has been almost 2 weeks since they came out to my home. I haven't heard anything from them.
To not tell a customer they aren't going to help them and leave them hanging is very sad.

I had hardwood construction come out to my home to look at work needed.to give us a estimate. I need 3 doors installed. It has been almost 2 weeks since they came out to my home.i haven't heard nothing from them.i feel because the job we need done is small they are ignoring us.
Hardwood construction responded to my post saying it is pretty sad I feel they have very poor customer sevice. To not tell a customer they aren't going to help them and leave them hanging.that is very very sad!!! And not smart Iam happy I didn't waste any future money with projects I need done at my home totalling over 50 thousand dollars and not using hardwood construction

I recently bought an older home. The previous owner had done multiple stucco patch jobs where the stucco touches the soil and it was cracking and deteriorating. It was a concern for me because I have a crawlspace. There was also previous water damage from a pipe burst near that area and near the water heater. The dry wall near the water heater also had water damage. I called Harwood Construction and Luke came out to my home and went over options on what his team could do. They did an excellent job with the exterior repair of my home and the dry wall repair inside my home. They were on time and were very professional. I will definitely use them for future projects.

Harwood constitution repaired the support beams on our 1905 Sears catalog home. They were quick and did a wonderful job. Very easy to communicate with and this allowed the sale of our home to go smoothly and for the buyer to feel confident in the structural integrity. Thank you for a job well done.

Harwood construction was the best contracting business! Luke had an excellent team that was reliable and started early, and got the project done faster than projected. Luke visited our home daily to check on the work and even filled in to complete tasks when staff was unable to work. Luke responded to texts and phone calls immediately. We will definitely use his company again for future remodel projects.

This was a great company to work with! Called so many contractors and never got a call back until this one, they had great prices and explained the process really well!
