What an excellent experience, from our first call to Pat, the estimator Jesse, Oscar our project supervisor and of course the crew was fantastic. We went with a black roof and it looks amazing. New skylights and they even painted a metal hot water heater vent black to blend with the roof. Cleanup daily and at completion was spotless. We had leaks in our sunroom and hartsfield did an excellent job fixing the problem and finding a custom solution to help prevent leaks in the future. We will be enjoying many days on our porch with no worry’s of leaks anymore with the addition of the replaced skylights.

I had 4 exhaust vents installed and a new attic vent fan. They matched the exact shingles and were very courteous and efficient. Very happy with the workmanship.

We had a great experience with Hartsfield Roofing. We requested a quote from them online and Pat responded quickly to set up an appointment. Jesse came out, right on time, to check out our 20-year-old roof. He walked the roof, did some measurements, and provided a quote on replacing the roof. It was so reasonable, we asked him to double check the figures, which he did. He also gave prices on any wood repair/replacement that might be found after the shingles were removed. We accepted the offer, and after a delay due to Hurricane Helene, Oscar and his crew came to do the work. The crew worked tirelessly, and completed everything in the promised two days. And they did a great job cleaning up the jobsite once they were done. Our final bill was slightly higher than the estimate, but this was due to some decking that had to be replaced, and was in line with the prices Jesse originally gave us. Hopefully this is the last roof we will need, but should we find ourselves looking for a roofer again, we will absolutely use Hartsfield Roofing.

We had to have the chimney cap, flashing, shingles and underlayment replaced prior to closing on our house. This was two days prior to Hurricane Helene projecting to make landfall in the Big Bend.

Had a rough patch with insurance based on a tornado that came through my area. I reached out to Hartsfield based on a multitude of recommendations around town. I was immediately issued a very fair quote to have my roof replaced and due to a cancellation, they came out two weeks later for replacement. Shortly after replacement, another limb fell on my roof and caused another puncture. I reached back out to Hartsfield to see what could be done. They were empathetic to my situation and expeditiously repaired the puncture. Although they do not work directly with insurance companies (after my experience, I don't blame them) they provided me with all the necessary information to assist me with my claim. I want to especially thank Pat, Jesse, Oscar and Rett for the unbelievable service. I have told others about my experience and discovered that they deliver the same level of service every time. This is a fantastic local roofer and I emphatically recommend them to everyone I know!

We had such a great first experience with Hartsfield Roofing that after the tornadoes hit Tallahassee this May, we asked them to come out and replace some trim that had been torn off.

I know they were swamped and stressed from trying to prioritize jobs, but they handled my calls and repair politely, professionally, and the repair matches the remaining original trim perfectly.

Despite the chaos of all the tornado damage around town, they were on time for every appointment, (damage/tarping assessment, repair estimate, and finally the repair). And they called before they came out, as promised, so we could ensure we were available and our dog was corralled.

And every person who came out, regardless of the purpose of the appointment, was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions fully.

Hurricane Idalia caused two trees to fall on our house causing us to need our metal roof replaced. Hartsfield was great from start to finish. They were very communicative throughout the process and the crew that did the work was very professional although my 6 cats may disagree. Don’t listen to them though they were fine.
