Hart Roofing is top notch. Honest, on time, and on budget. I would recommend them 100 times over. Hire them, you won't be disappointed.

After the hail storm, I had Hart roofing come over and give me a quote. They were absolutely amazing. They worked with my insurance company and made it very stress-free. I had my roof and all my gutters replaced by them. I would highly recommend them. They did a fantastic job. Very easy to work with and very professional!

No I would not recommend Hart Roofing. I selected a primary and secondary roof color. I was informed a week later that the primary was unavailable, but the secondary was available and that's what we're going with. Weeks later the roof is delivered, and fortunately I was home because the roof shingle was not the exact one we selected. The owner contacted me and informed me that my secondary was unavailable but this was 'in the same family.' It was close enough in color, and my old roof was leaking so I needed one on asap.

That I selected a specific shingle, but then had a different one selected for me without any prior communication, indicates that I cannot trust this company. When my sales rep came to my house, I had to ask him 3 separate times to give me the exact cost I owed him for the roof and gutters. He clearly didn't want to tell me, and kept responding by explaining what EAV and EAC mean on an insurance adjustment. Finally I spelled out for him that I need the exact number so we can cut ties, and he calculated it for me, including '20% profit because that's what insurance gives us.' Except I already had the invoice and knew the number, which includes a 10% profit.

I told the sales rep right off the bat to not treat me like I'm stupid. He failed.

Beware, buyer! Hart roofing replaced my roof in August of 2018, and as a result of the July 26th hail storm this year, I need a new roof. My new contractor revealed how Hart Roofing failed to remove the old felt from the entire roof and failed to properly roof around my deck. Hart Roofing is not a company I would recommend.

Hart roofing is an excellent company to deal with. I literally don’t have a single complaint but only compliments. Attentiveness, availability, courteous workers, price, quality of product and work, timeliness, clean up afterward... all superior. I’ve had several roof installations during my decades in Colorado, but Hart was the best by far. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

These guys did us a GREAT job!! we had many concerns going into our Project. They handled them all. very professional group you all have over there!

I have used Hart Roofing at several houses and they have exceeded my expectations. Very easy to deal with and very responsive. Bruce has always ensured the team understands my needs and delivers. Had roofing, gutters, interior leak repair all done in response to hail storm and they handled it all. Also helped a lot with my insurance company and I believe they helped me get the best possible result which covered all of the repairs.

Hart Roofing was absolutely wonderful! Project Manager Aaron met with my insurance adjuster from the beginning to ensure all hail damage was properly identified. He was extremely responsive when I had questions about the process. The roofing crew arrived as promised and left the work site in perfect condition. The gutters were installed just as I requested so I will no longer have to deal with ice on the driveway in the winter. Throughout the repair process I felt valued as a customer and knew I was in good hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Hart Roofing.

They were great to work with, so when our roof sustained damage this week from lightening, we knew we could count on them. I called this morning and they sent someone out within a couple hours! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hart Roofing. I live in Green Mountain and wanted to support a local business but after more than a month poor communication and no progress on my home repairs, I have had enough and am going to use a different contractor.

Not only did my project manager over-promise a timeline and then under-deliver on what was committed, he became completely unresponsive to my phone calls. I tried to complain to the owner twice and asked for a different project manger - my requests to Chris went unanswered.

This is a perfect example of a roofing company that wants your money and doesn't care about your house. I had them redo my roof after a hail storm. They said they would repair and replace any old plywood. They rushed through it in a day, and when I went to check the work, I found no old wood was replaced and I found roofing nails and cuts of metal all over my yard. Bruce the owner finally fixed a couple shots. But only after wining and crying. Bad business.

After this recent hailstorm we bid out several companies and ended up going with Hart Roofing. They were great to work with! Our house ended up needing nearly 20k in repairs from a new roof, cracked windows, paint, stucco, broken fencing, etc. and they were able to get it all done and worked diligently with our insurance to get it all documented and covered.

The guys at Hart Roofing did a great job on my roof. They were professional and hard-working and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer. Really pleased with their work and the roof looks great.

I needed repair of a vent on my roof. Within hours of my phone call, the company send a technician to do the repair. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

When I was selling my home, the buyers inspector required the roof to be replaced. My realtor suggested a roofer who met with the insurance company adjuster but my claim for coverage was denied. One of my neighbors suggested that I contact Hart Roofing to handle the matter and resubmit the claim. Hart representative, Jason Morgan, did a thorough inspection, gathered information and evidence for the claim and was instrumental in getting the claim for the roof replacement fully approved. Hart Roofing was able to meet a very tight property sale timeline, provided excellent quality workmanship and the sale was consummated to my complete satisfaction.

If you are in need of any home repairs, STAY AWAY from Hart Roofing. Hail damage to my house was significant and Hart Roofing was one of the Hundreds of Home Repair Sites trolling the area hit by the storm. A Slick Salesman with a "We are a Family owned Business" pitch overpromised the services and significantly under bid the repairs. All Hart Roofing did was come back for more money.

Then, EVERY Repair done to my house was done incorrectly and took multiple times to get corrected. The roof took four inspections before it passed County Code, the siding was installed and repaired three times, windows needed four trips to get done correctly, painting (This should have been easy) took six trips to get done in a correct manner, and the gutters STILL ARE LEAKING AND INCORRECT. Hart is working on trip #4 (and counting) on the gutters.

I made the mistake of paying them for the work, in full and trusting that they would honor the warranty. To date, they have come out to warranty the work but refuse to remove the trash that was installed until there is no other alternative.

I would HIGHLY Recommend staying away from this business. I'm not the only house in the neighborhood that has had trouble getting this done correctly by Hart Roofing. Bad Choice if you pick them for ANY home repair.
