I worked with Harrison Homes on an outdoor kitchen project. They are excellent with great customer service and support. There is nothing that they can’t do- No is not a word in their vocabulary(in a good way). Matt Dean was the project manager… he held our hand all the way through and even beyond.

We had our outdoor kitchen built through Harrison Homes. It was a wonderful experience throughout. Matt, the project manager was amazing and helped us with every aspect of this. Very accountable and very good. Would totally use again for any of our construction needs.

Harrison Homes exceeded our expectations in turning our 1965 carport into an elegant and light-filled art studio/gathering place!

Each member of the Harrison Homes team was talented, creative and professional. From top-of-the-line craftsmanship in designing a display cabinet for art glass, to creatively incorporating driftwood, old brick and reclaimed treasures into a space that seamlessly blends old and new, to building a deck that seems to float on top of our pond, to keeping our construction site spick and span, each task was approached with creativity and skill.

I have to mention: we lived in the space throughout construction and each member of the team - including sub-contractors - was respectful and friendly. In fact, we were so comfortable having them in our personal space, that mid-way through, we decided to have them do numerous updates through the house.

It was a joy having them here and we will absolutely call on Harrison Homes for our next project!

We have worked with Harrison Homes on a remodel of a 3 story condo as well as the complete transformation of our home which is a 100 year old craftsman. The house was taken down to the studs and recreated in the exact way we had dreamt. Harrison's communication, timeliness skill is top notch. It is readily apparent that every single employee and contractor takes true pride in their work. They are true craftsmen. Their work runs on time and within budget. We are customers for life.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
