My experience with Harper has not been good. My roof, installed in 2017, started leaking over a year ago and Harper first tried blaming me for a kitchen roof vent with inadequate taping. I have never been in the kitchen attic and asked for another possible explanation OR fix the vent since they were the last ones to be in our attic. Weeks/months went by despite my calls to fix the leak.
Having just written me off, the leaks just kept getting worse. My handyman said the flashing around the chimney was not flashed correctly. Which I relayed to Harper. No feedback or admission of a problem or remedy from Harper . Almost like their employees were scared to report problems. Maybe they're busier with new customers than previous ones.? Bottom line is I would never ever use Harper again, nor trust any remedy they offered. Be very wary of these folks who aren't big on fixing their errors.
Harper Roofing did a great job with our home. They were on time, and polite - I would highly recommend using them. Our roof has held up during the past few storms with no issues.
Great company with friendly staff. Work was done efficiently and the results were more than I could ask for. Definitely will recommend for friends and family! Step by step time frames helped with my busy schedule.
