What Users Like The Least

If you have no record, why did you make an appointment to have it looked at??
This guy Chris is a joke. Do not use his services!
He never sent the quote. Kept trying to get it and told him I wasn't going to use his business.
He insulted my house, calling it disgusting and dirty.
No apology for not being able to provide the quote.

Professional to work with. Design ideas were spot on and met all of our needs. The kitchen cabinets are top quality and many compliments by guests. Installation was in time, clean, and didn’t disturb our day to day.

We are so very happy with the quality of work in our villa renovation. Our project manager, Adam, and designer, Rebecca, were great to work with. Our project included enclosing a porch, applying Hardie-Plank, updating three decks for better views, gutting two bathrooms and a new kitchen. The project had lots of pieces, and they collaborated well to keep it moving and troubleshoot issues. As out-of-town owners, we required weekly updates which Adam was great to provide.

Called to have them look at 2 roofs that needed to be replaced. Heard back from Josh the same day, and had quotes in hand when they were promised. Decided to move forward and had both roofs replaced. Everything was done on time, and exactly as they said is would be. Very pleased with the work.

They did a great job in 2019 when they replaced my entire roof. Now it is leaking. I called, someone was supposed to show up to look at it. If you have no record, why did you make an appt to have it looked at?? Needless to say, no call, no show and now no one will answer the phone. If you have no record then why does the permit office say Harper construction pulled the permit???? Either you have something going on in your company or the permit office is lying.
******The owner Chris went above and beyond to fix this situation. It was a little confusing but he didn't stop until he figured it out. He sent somebody right out and solved the problem. My roof is fixed and they did a great job! Bottom line, everybody makes mistakes, is what you learn from it that counts! Great Job Harper construction with customer satisfaction!!!!

This guy Chris is a joke. Do not use his services! Called him out for a quote. He never sent it. Kept trying to get it and told him I wasn't going to use his business. He responded rather quickly in the most rude and unprofessional way. He insulted my house. Calling it disgusting and dirty. So far from the truth. No apology for not being me the quite. Told me he didn't want my business. Unbelievable. Poor business ethics. And threatened a lawsuit for libel. By his wife, who's his lawyer. Not a conflict of interest, right?? This is truth. Not libel. If you are called out for a quote, give it. Don't make people have to contact you several times and then you ignore them. But the minute you hear something you don't like... You are quick with the insults. What a joke!
