Hardy Concrete Coatings

My building was built in 1973. It is 85 x 40‘ wide. The cement was poured first with about a 1 foot thickened edge around the whole structure and the building sits on top of the cement. In 2014 we had some foundation issues which led to a giant crack, and upheaval on the 85 foot side of the building. Cutting out and pouring new cement was not an option because the building sits on it and it wouldn’t work. We had a mud jacking crew come out in 2015 and stabilize the whole area and we waited to make sure there was no more movement and it has not moved since so I contacted Chad and his crew in 2021 to see what they could do for me, and they came out and worked magic as you can see from the pictures. You can hardly tell what lies under the epoxy.

I did have some initial grievances mainly based off of spotty communication and damaged drywall. however, the floors have held up well over the past few years and Chad has provided great follow up support

Spent over $7000 for a premium glitter flake epoxy floor for the garage in our new house. After being in the house for a year and a half we’re still tracking glitter flakes into the house constantly. It’s a terrible amount. The Rugs half to be vacuumed once a week just to get rid of glitter flakes. Called the owner and he said that was the first and last time they ever did the glitter flake because they hadn’t put on enough top coat for it. He told me that they could try and fix the problem but I would half to by more epoxy and obviously go through the inconvenience of emptying my garage which is now full of cabinets, work benches and everything else. In the begging his sales pitch was how great and professional they were. If that’s the case he should have known better than to sell a product at a premium price that would only create years of regret for the customer. This guy is not as good as all the great reviews talk him up to be. In my opinion he’s just another contractor I spent a lot of money with only to regret.

Awesome transformations. WE don't want to put the cars in the garage. We think we will buy pinball machines and pool tables.

Couldn't be happier! Good communication, prompt quote and scheduling. The floor is BEAUTIFUL! We had done a do it yourself kit and there is no comparison. Spare yourself the time, trouble and disappointment and book Hardy asap. The crew was knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up everything, you wouldn't even know they were here.

Where to begin?! Chad and his crew came in and put down a Pearl white epoxy floor with a matte top coat. After we hit a few bumps in the road (or floor), we decided that we didn't really want the matte. Chad and his guys came out within a couple of days of inquiring about our problem, and were happy to help us get our floors perfect! ALL of the crew stopped and talked to our very talkative 3 year old on their way to and from the basement. Overall, our experience was fantastic! Chad is very quick to respond to emails (my most efficient way of communication), the whole crew was fast and efficient, and everyone was very personable! Would definitely recommend Hardy Countertops & Floors! Thank you, Chad for being so understanding!

Very happy with Chadd and his crew!! They did a wonderful job on our basement floors! Ended up having a contractor come to my house later on and he absolutely didn't care about our floor at all, he scratched it up everywhere and left sheetrock mud all over it as well. So I ended up having chadd come out to fix it and was expecting a decent sized bill for the labor. Nope. Chadd said no charge. And it took him close to a day to fix it!! Very impressed! Would definitely recommend!

We had them for our basement floors. I can't believe how beautiful they turned out! The price was reasonable, the people were friendly and thorough. The best was their integrity. They stood behind their work even when it was a plumbing contractor that ruined a portion of the floor and not them; they still came out and repaired it for us. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, for a big or small job, and I will absolutely use them in the future when we redo our countertops. Great experience!!
