Brought in travel trailer for new tires, brake plates, and a couple of minor fixes. Lennie was auh+mazing! Communicated everything with me, checked in while camper was in their care, and truly ensured my camper work was top notch. My camper drove better than ever. He did a wonderful, timely job to make sure I had it back on the day I told him I needed it! I will go no where else. No where! I'm a real happy camper!

C.J., Lonnie and Chad are all top notch and very easy to deal with. They don't pressure or force you into anything that they find wrong with your motorhome. They discuss it with you and point out the problem. Your choice on having it repaired or not. My motorhome is a 2003 National. I don't do reviews, but with Happy Camper, I have made an exception. Once again, thank ya'll for the great service that you provide and if it needs to go back in the shop, Happy Camper is my go to place.

Great place to buy a camper. They are always ready to serve you and polite. Top notch sales Lanette is always willing to help and go the extra mile. If you need something done they get it done real quick and right. Ask around the area, if you talk with people they will say go to Happy Camper.

The best service we have had in Picayune. Every thing was fixed or replaced in a timely manner, they called with updates and pricing and let us know what the warranty would cover. GREAT job y'all.

This is a very good RV and trailer service company located in Picayune, MS. I have no reason to question their honesty as I have found their work to be most professional. I have had major work done and all has been restored to wonderful full working condition. They are 50 miles one way for me but I’d go no place else when in this area. CLEAN! Great knowledge of the vehicles they service.

Went to get roof work done and they did a great job! However, only complaint is that I specifically told them I would pay for my RV to be detailed washed , but was told they would cover that and not to worry. Well, we go to pick it up and it's filthy still. So glad I didn't pay for a wash if this is what Lonnie calls a wash. Sweet folks, but they need to properly train their guys on how to wash campers . Lonnie did offer to have the guys wash it again but this was after we left. I have pictures but it seems they disabled pictures from being posted on here. Weird.

If you are looking for a camper service facility that is honest, friendly, professional, and punctual then Happy Camper in Picayune is your place. Lonnie and the staff at happy camper go above and beyond to take care of your rv or camper. This was our third service experience with Happy Camper. Lonnie went the extra mile to utilize my extended warranty to help save money on out of pocket expenses. They also work with insurance claims. Lonnie was good to call with updates on the service work performed. The shop and retail space is clean and organized.

After several substandard service experiences at other dealerships we won’t take our camper anywhere other than Happy Camper.

Outstanding service! We’ve used them for over a year. In past, they installed drive shaft disconnect, Blue Ox towing system & AirForce 1 braking system in our tow vehicle. Yesterday they fixed our 14ft Slide in our Class A in 1 day! Especially grateful that they worked with our extended warranty vendor. Beyond Blessed to have them maintain our motor home.

I don’t normally leave reviews due to time restrictions and not caring enough but after my experience here I figure I would share.

First I had to get some insurance work done on RV from a recent storm that damaged the RV. When brought in I wanted to find everything wrong with the Rv and gave a list of what I knew was wrong (AC, jack system, refrigerator , and some lighting issues) but I’m sure there was more just due to age (2015) and not being used often.

After receiving the run around from Lonnie and having to 3 way call with my insurance 1-1/2 months after they received my unit, just beacuse Lonnie couldn’t get in touch with insurance even though I called and he answered every time, they finally started to order parts that insurance would cover.

I call lonnie (like always he will never call you) and he tells me a few days later that they covered everything except awnings. I said not to worry with that I can handle them.

Now a week ago I go pick up my RV bring it home to find a hydraulic leak on my jack system that is clearly been leaking for quite some time, shoes and other items missing from RV, and even a floor that is bad that we found on pick up and brought it to Lonnie’s attention for him to quote on spot 3500 dollars acting like he knew nothing about it.

My ending point to this is I may have just got unlucky and had a bad experience with a decent company just based on other reviews but my personal experience was awful and maybe Lonnie’s the fall guy but I’m really not sure how he keeps his job. I called him every time over a three month process, he lied saying they looked over everything in RV ( I specifically asked about jack system due to error codes I received when I dropped it off and they told me it was the battery.) and don’t wait for a call back from him even if you talked to someone else that says I’ll get him to call you back it won’t happen.

Good luck to you if you decided to use them maybe you’ll have better luck than me but I personally wouldn’t recommend it.

Fair prices and a great team to meet your RV repair and maintenance needs. I will not let anyone else touch my RV.

I stopped in Picayune on my road trip & had tire troubles. I stopped by and Terry was super awesome & helped out. Fantastic customer service and auto service!

Did good work on my floor. Got my trailer back to me fast. I really appreciate how fast they got the job done and done right.

It is a nice and clean place. They have a good bit in stock. Employees are friendly. They must be good because their shop is very backed up. They can't get to my niece's RV repairs until April 1st. So we will see.

Everyone was really nice and helpful and greeted us when we came in the door. I gave them five stars all day long.

These guys are amazing! It may take time to get RV in for service, but I prefer to wait for the best! Owner is a Christian and super nice! Won't go any where else for repairs and storage!

We were on our way to Pennsylvania to see our new borne grandsons and our camper had problems, it was so frustrating but we were so lucky to meet the gentleman named Chad. He was very professional and friendly and fixed our problem quickly. I would give him 5 stars for great customer service.

Just dropped my camper off today and I must say the staff I spoke with were very polite and knowledgeable. By the time I left I had no doubt that my camper (Fleetwood Niagara pop up) was in good hands.

Bought an extended warranty for our new RV through them. Lynette is the best and their overall customer care by everyone there is the best!!

I only spoke with a gentleman on the phone but he sure was helpful. Although my husband was able to fix the toilet this time, we will most definitely keep Happy Camper in mind for future needs.

Great r v parts DEPT.tried all three r v places for a sewer pipe bowl replacement under toilet bowl and they were the only one that carried the part in stock. Good people too.been going their for a few yrs.

I can't say enough good things about Happy Camper. They went above and beyond our expectations. We had an issue that would have taken our manufacturer until near the end of the year to get fixed. Happy Camper had it done within a month and even did some extras for us. They stayed in touch and kept us updated on progress, even sending pictures. Our manufacturer had our 5th wheel taken there all the way from South Florida saying they were the best. We chose to drive from South Florida to Mississippi to pick it up just to meet the people we had been dealing with as we were so impressed with them. They have our complete trust and we will be recommending them to everyone we can. Thank you Chad and also thank you Billy for the extra surprise! You guys are the best!

Needed help with our Aqua Hot system. Tried to get it looked after in Texas, but all we could get done there was a cleaning, and I mean in all respects (CLEANED). What a different story here ! They treat you the way they would like to be treated.They put themselves in your shoes ! What a concept, wouldn't it be nice if ALL service centers worked that way? I can't say enough positive things about this business and their staff. Thanks go out to all staff involved.

These guys are great! Happy Camper got us in for a repair after our truck camper was damaged in a minor accident even though they were booked up. We were on the road and couldn’t wait for two weeks to get in . Lonnie got us in and the repair was done the next day. They also fixed a couple of other minor issues we had with camper without me asking. And did it for no charge! Lonnie also liaised with our insurance company so I could get reimbursed. The cost of the repair turned out to be a hell of a deal as far as I’m concerned. I just wish I could have given them seven stars! They know all about customer service.
