Jake just left my house after helping with a small problem we’ve been having on our roof. He was prompt, professional and personable. He took care of my problem and even went back up for a full inspection and handled a couple other potential problem areas while he was here. Would recommend to anyone needing roof or gutter work!

Customer service was super friendly and quick to respond to my request. Fair pricing! A small branch lodged itself in my roof and they were able to come out next day and repair it for me. He even blew all the leaves off of my roof/porch. Very grateful for that. 10/10. would recommend.

We used this company to put a new roof on our home back in January! They were quick, did a great job, and were very reasonably priced (well below the cost that our inspector estimated). They also came out promptly to fix some small damage due to a crazy windstorm! We will be using again!

This was a wonderful experience, I would give six stars if possible. From making the call to having the completed job in less than 24 hours, before a snowfall arrived. Could not be more pleased.

Jake Miffleton is an exceptional young man who does exceptional work. He arrived at our home to preform what had been estimated to be a 40 minute repair job on our roof. Instead he worked for two plus hours repairing the areas reported to him but also found a few other small areas that needed his attention as well. Not only did he fix everything but he gave the roof a thorough inspection and he did it all for the original agreed upon price. Such integrity is a rare attribute these days. We will be using Hanover Homes and Roofing for all our future roofing and gutter needs.

Hanover was the first roofer to call me back and they were super prompt and did excellent work. Very much appreciated!!

Sure, attack me personally and make it sound like I am a bad person for leaving what amounts to an honest reveiw. If you dont want a negative review, then you have to provide some at least some sembalnce of customer service, like just a little. BUT clearly, in reading the response of the company, they would rather double down on bad customer service and provide even worse customer service. Arguing in public and being defensive is never a good look for a company, especially the owner. It seems like they do not want to learn from this lesson and, in the future, provide better customer service. Being snarky and condescending is not the way to earn business, especially when there are better, more appreciative companies out there. Now, due to their defensiveness and calling into question my character, I will make it my job to inform everyone I talk to to not use this company ever. I have actually never had a business be so defensive in all my "793" reviews, (I do appreciate the company taking an interest in my profile. It makes me feel special. Yes, I post a lot of reviews, and this is the very reason, so customers can know about a company from first-hand experience. Because i give honest feeback is why I also have over 250 followers on Google maps (not sure if the company saw that either lol) If they were really doing their research on me like they should, they would have seen that i post mostly positive reviews. In fact l, I try to avoid posting a negative review at all costs (because why would I patron a company where i will have a negative experience?), but alas for them this unavoidable and even more so after their response. If i could give negative stars i would, I mean what kind of company does this, start a "war of words" with a random, unimportant potential customer such as myself? Clearly, do better and be better. That should be the company's goal moving forward or, as they so eloquently put it, "onward and upward." I'm glad people get to see the true nature of this company and what kind of customer service they offer. It's such a shame for a small business to act in this a manner, truly unacceptable. Own the mistake and move "onward and forward" ha It is very sad when no one wants to admit to their mistakes, and a simple "I'm sorry" isn't part of the vocabulary. They should be ashamed.

I called to get a quote for gutters, was given his information by our realtor. unfortunately, it was not a great recommendation at all. After talking briefly on the phone with the gentleman for about 20 mins or so, he instructed me to send a text with my address information. Also, on this call, he mentioned he should be able to give us a quote looking at google maps, and that possibly he may need to come down. I text him around 5:30pm yesterday with all that information and didn't receive a callback/text, nothing. Normally, i would expect at least some acknowledgment but nothing. Next day still nothing until 4 when I had to re-message him in order to get any response at all. Once I got him back on the phone, the gentleman wasn't entirely helpful and actually didn't seem like he wanted our business. He actually seemed like he was too busy with personal life which is fine but i would have rather he mention that then act like he wants more business. Anyways, I needed a quote done fairly quickly and instead of him wanting to do things the right way and accurately, he wanted to cut corners and use measurements from other vendors. I mean, what if the other comapnies measured incorrectly?? He said this would save him time. Well, first, if he's willing to cut corners on this, what else is he cutting corners on? I expect a job to be done correctly and accurately. If you dont have time to give a proper quote, then you should just say that instead of taking on more business than you could handle. So that's fine. There are plenty of other companies out there, and honestly, if I had the time, I would do the job myself...but ya know, trying to help small businesses ‍♂️ BUYERS BEWARE

We hired Hanover Homes & Roofing to paint, repair, and add some stairs and a gate to our existing deck a few months ago. Service was prompt and professional. The paint has held up exceptionally well so far! We definitely plan to use them for projects in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a roof leak right after a big storm. I called Jake early in the morning and he was very detailed with his questions and he, himself, came within an hour or so. He did great work and also checked out the rest of the roof just in case. He was very thorough and just an overall great guy!
