This is our first time having to replace a roof and it couldn’t have gone better. Our roof was determined to have hail damage, so we were able to have it replaced through our home owner’s insurance. This was a new process for us, but Max (Basualdo), the project manager, walked us through it and worked with our insurance company, including being present when their inspector and adjuster came. Max did a fantastic job managing the project from start to finish. He was polite, communicative, and easy to work with. We had to have some repair work done on our chimneys prior to the roof installation and Max was totally flexible with working around that. The crew arrived on time, was SO hardworking and thorough (replacing more plywood than expected), and stayed until 8:30 PM to get the job done that day. It was a 13-hour day for them! Then a few guys came back the next day to thoroughly clean up the yard. I had no idea what a mess it is to remove an old roof! We’re very thankful for the fantastic job IBC Roofing did. We would definitely use them again!

Recently a young man rang my doorbell and asked if he could preform an inspection of our roof. I said sure. The next day he rang the doorbell again, we were at the beach, his was there to do the the inspection ! We are retired Class A contractors and keep our home maintained, but he found hail damage. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He walked me through contacting my insurance agent and was here to meet with them. Then the fun began, supplies were delivered, his crew arrived when scheduled, very efficient, did a great job, cleaned up everything and did everything as promised. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with IBC roofing of Richmond, Virginia. The best part of the experience was working with Evan. Our home had hail damage. He was instrumental in communicating closely with the insurance company. He is 100% reliable and always follows through on promises. He helped us shoes the appropriate building materials and his team did a great job in the workmanship. I would choose IBC roofing again without any reservations.

Work from start to finish was excellent. Evan Barlow began the process by explaining everything that would happen and it happened just like Evan said. The worked was scheduled and completed within a day. Before the work began, workers covered everything with tarps and after completion my yard was cleaned of all debris including nails.

His tream was fantastic and worked to get my roof replaced in about 10 hours. I was expecting it to take about 2 days.

Wow!! Where do I begin? Isaac Friend gave me estimate on my roof two years ago. Isaac was very persistent, but not aggressive by any means. Fast forward to 2023, I revisited my roof and needed a roof contractor to meet my insurance adjuster when another company couldn’t make the appointment. I text Isaac the day before the appointment and he showed up the next day. Please know that I haven’t spoken with Isaac over a year due to other projects I had going on at the time. Isaac was very informative and professional. Therefore, I decided to move forward with Integrity Building Company and have been very pleased with my new roof. This is an exceptional company. When we decided to have our roof repaired because of hail damage, we went with Integrity Building after seeing the amount of work they were doing in our neighborhood (Collington.) We also talked with our neighbors who had used Integrity. The materials were dropped off on a Wednesday and the crew showed up on Thursday. Because the damage was so extensive the shingling had to be totally replaced. The job was completed in one day, including clean up. I was very pleased with the entire process.

I used Integrity Building Company for a roof inspection and replacement, and I rarely write reviews. But for this company, I truly believe they deserve a good one. The company, just as its name states, they genuinely have customer's interest included in their business practice, they put real efforts in their work such as have man on the roof for a thorough inspection instead of flying a drone; willing to spend time to make sure customer understand the project and process; and the entire process was transparent with document/invoice provided timely, the list can go on. What stands out was the agent, Evan B., who represented the company and did a great job as mentioned above. He was down to earth, approachable, professional and I can see he has the passion for what he was doing. The roof crew also did a good job, on-time and cleared the area after the job was done, and Evan did not forget check with me at the end of the day to make sure everything done right. I think their business practice should be the good model for all businesses and I will certainly recommend it to everyone.
