The extensive “to the studs” project, included structural work, requiring licensed engineers, licensed subs, and building permits, which Zach navigated effectively and efficiently. He completed almost all of the non-licensed work personally, including high-end carpentry, finish work, new windows, doors, insulation, siding, roof, fence, and deck with outdoor living. He’s easy to work with, very responsive, fair, and honest. He understands value engineering, which saved us thousands in costs.
