I’ve worked with Zach for a few years now and I’m never less than impressed with his work! We’ve used him for small jobs like changing lightbulbs, to large jobs involving drywall work and/or painting. He’s quick to connect, schedule and follow up after he’s finished with a job. I’ll certainly be using him for more jobs in the future!
I provided the financing for a major remodel where Zach served as the GC. The extensive “to the studs” project, included structural work, requiring licensed engineers, licensed subs, and building permits, which Zach navigated effectively and efficiently. He completed almost all of the non-licensed work personally, including high-end carpentry, finish work, new windows, doors, insulation, siding, roof, fence, and deck with outdoor living. He’s easy to work with, very responsive, fair, and honest. He understands value engineering, which saved us thousands in costs. If you are looking for an experienced, reliable, trustworthy, GC or handyman, I highly recommend Zach.
