What a great company. My husband was away for buisness and i needed help with my dryer vent that had detached. They came Out and got me resolved instantly and at a very fair price.

I own a rental property in DC that had a deck that needed a little TLC. Handyman came out and totally refreshed the deck by power washing, reinforcing and replacing rotted wood. I feel they saved me as the deck now looks almost new. I will be using them again.

Jose and his team came to my house to fix four items. I needed to redo the caulking in all of the bathrooms, change out some light switches, fix a broken door that has been given me problems and do their best to repair an old kitchen floor with crumbling grout. First class communication and a very hard-working and polite crew. Very detailed and did a great job. Highly recommend them.

Tracy and Jose’s team was spectacular. They installed shop lights in my 20’ ceiling garage which turned a dark gloomy garage into a bright vibrant space for my home gym. She makes you feel like a neighbor who genuinely cares and is sending over someone she trusts to help. We've had Jose work on various projects at our Capitol Hill home in Washington, DC, and everything he does looks fantastic. Most recently, Hugo came by to help with some bathroom caulking. I have used many handyman services over past 20 years and Handyman at your Command is the best. At this point, my family has used 4-5 times so we have many experiences with their company. First, it’s amazing how fast they respond. As example, I can call one day and often have them at my house 1-2 days later. Their work has spanned carpentry, painting and electrical and it’s always top notch. I will even make some changes while they’re here and it’s very smooth and easy change process. Beyond that, the crew are always respectful and polite and clean our house perfectly before leaving. All with reasonable pricing! I highly recommend and will continue to use for all my projects.

I was very satisfied with all the services I received from Handyman At Your Command. Their prices are fair and their staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Horrible service. I asked them to re-attach some garage racks that had fallen (the drywall anchors had failed) and some minor drywall work. They gave me an estimate of 4 hours for the work. Two people arrived, after 3 hours of drywall work (way more than needed with one of their guys hiding somewhere not actually doing work) I asked when they were going to work on the priority work (the fallen rack) and they assured me they would be done working on time. At 4 hours they informed me that they would reach 4.5 hours that day and require another 2+ hours on another day because they did not bring materials to work on the garage racks. Just so I am clear IF they were able to complete in the new estimated 2 hours that would put their work at 6.5 hour - when they told me 3 hours in that there would be no extra time needed. They clearly just send people to get whatever hours they can get out of you. The work might have been a 6 hour job, but they offered the estimate - clearly just to get in the door. I will never use them again, and I will find someone else to actually do the work they were there for (with $950 already lost)

Great experience and very flexible crew. We had a last minute paint and handyman job with lots of moving parts and this crew went out of their way to make it a smooth process.

The water repair that was done looked like there was never an issue. Looks just like when we first moved into our home. Polite, onetime, and cleaned up very well. If anything I will make sure they will be the first one I will call.

Excellent work, excellent price, with excellent customer service. Jose repaired and repainted a wall with water damage, as well as several other small jobs around the house. He was on time, very skillful, and efficient. I thought the jobs would take much longer but he completed them in three hours. Tracy was also a joy to deal with in the office regarding scheduling, billing, etc. These folks are now my handyman.

We have used Handyman At Your Command for several years - mostly plumbing-related needs - and they continue to impress us with their attention to detail, customer service, and responsiveness. Jose and Alexi did an excellent job today replacing a panel with 2 water shut-off valves and hoses along with checking another valve leak under a sink and recaulking around a toilet that was a bit unstable.

This team was amazing! I contacted Tracy on a Tuesday about repairing and painting an exterior extension of my house and the work was completed by Thursday! The whole team was very responsive and helpful. They were even able to haul away some junk I had in the yard. The work was beautiful and clean. I will absolutely be using them again.

I've first contacted this company 2 years ago when my family moved to the new house, we had so many things we needed quick help with and Tracy was super helpful and quick to respond and send someone out to help. The guys are professional, clean, and get the job done. Their rates are very much reasonable too - they charge by the hour. We are very happy with handyman at your command. They did some work on the exterior of our home about six months ago. Some of the paint started to peel, and when I brought it to their attention, they were very kind about it. They came out and fixed it. They also installed a railing on our front porch steps, and we are very happy because it is extremely sturdy! They did a great job securing it in concrete. Tracy, the lady who answers the phones, is wonderful! She is very responsive and always returned my calls quickly.

I would 100% recommend this company. Based on their excellent reviews I contacted Handyman At Your Command and was helped by Tracy McCalla. I was in urgent need of some plumbing and electrical work. Tracy was amazing at arranging the last minute request and working with both my husband's and my schedule. The handymen arrived at the given time and were professional and courteous. Omar and Miguel went straight to work. Unfortunately, they ran into several problems which turned a smaller three hour job into a much more involved eight hour job! They intelligently and skillfully figured out how to solve the extensive issues and went above and beyond to get the job done. I was so incredibly grateful to both of them and to Tracy for not leaving me in a lurch!! Omar and Miguel were supposed to be heading to another job after mine. Tracy kindly rearranged their schedule so they could spend the day solving my extensive plumbing and electrical issue. In the end, the installation was accomplished and we have had no problems. Tracy was great about contacting me throughout the day to see how the work was progressing and she made sure to followup the next day to make sure we were satisfied. This company is wonderful. Tracy is excellent at scheduling and estimating amount of hours, and the tradesmen themselves are experienced professionals. We had our outside drain unclogged (debris, mulch and acorns from recent rains), two faucets installed, and a bedroom door shaved down that wouldn’t clear a new plush rug. Our handyman took care of everything; smoothly and efficiently. I have been using this company for years and have recommended them to my mother and sister who are also very happy with them. This company is truly exceptional.

Replaced toilet in a very timely and professional, efficient manner. Very friendly and cooperative workers that cleaned up after job completed and took old toilet out to curb for bulk trash. Will use this company again with great customer service person-Tracy! She was wonderful.

Alexi showed up exactly on time, and performed the needed maintenance quickly and with little supervision. I needed a door re-hung so it didn't bind against the frame, and a small section of previously replaced trim painted. Work was very good quality.

Scheduling the work with Tracy is easy. Hugo and his assistants prepared our closet for a closet installation. They removed the old shelving, rewired the outlets to add additional outlets, replaced and repaired holes in the dry wall and painted the walls. They also replaced the kitchen sink, replace the light switches in the bathrooms and installed a ceiling light in the garage. Billing is by the hour plus the cost of any materials they need to buy for the job which I like. I can highly recommend them.

Handyman at Your Command Traci was very helpful getting workers out to solve my problems. Ivan came to replace a window was very efficient , polite and cleaned up the work site.

This is a quality and top notch organization. I had an emergency flood and called Tracy to have some repair work and appliance installation executed. Handyman did an awesome and very professional job. Had drywall damaged from a leak. Called Sunday mid-day and they were out Monday morning. Can’t tell there was ever damage to the ceiling. Definitely will use again for future projects.

It's the first time I used their service and Tracy was very responsive and sent Omar within hours after I called. Omar was courteous and professional. We suspected birds might have come into the attic through vent duct as the vent opening on the back of the house was not covered by screen. Omar first examined the attic but found nothing in there. I had bought a vent screen from home depot which happens to fit. Omar put it on and caulked it. The job was well done.

Had a terrible mouse problem, especially in my kitchen area. Jose and Roberto came and worked diligently and efficiently to seal all possible areas in my kitchen where mice could enter my unit and they let me know exactly what they were doing as the job progressed.
