Handyman

Called these guys in a tight timeframe for a deck staircase project. Communication was excellent, and my staircase is sturdy for the first time since we purchased the home. Really appreciated everything.

He removed an old bathroom fan and installed a new one. There was a little unexpected work which he explained and executed without issue. He was very responsive when I initially reached out, let me know when he would arrive which was during the window he provided, and he kept me updated throughout the project. He was polite and professional. His prices are very fair. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

Hired him to replace old tub and install new tub and wall panels in guest bathroom and remove old tile from tub and shower and install new valves and faucets in master bedroom. It started out great at first. He finished guest bathroom but there were things i needed him come back and fix. He was hired Dec 2021 and it’s now May 2022 and i still haven’t gotten him to fix the issues in the guest bathroom. He tore out tile and drywall in master bathroom and now both bathrooms on the first floor are unusable. I have to text multiple days before getting a response and this week alone i texted him 4 days in a row, called and left a voicemail with no response still. I am 6 months pregnant so i can’t keep going up and down stairs to use the showers. He’s been a nice guy far but I’m definitely getting frustrated that i can’t reach him and can’t use those bathrooms still. I just want him to come back and install the valves and faucet handles since i already paid him to do so. I already found someone else to fix the guest bathroom. He did say he was working in other projects which i am very understanding of but i just need him come back and install the valves he’s been paid for and i will hire someone else to do the rest.

I had some exterior painting done in a not so easy area. They did a excellent job. Looks awesome! They where there working and finished in a very timely manner

I would not recommend them to my friends and family.

At first, he was very responsive and came when he said he would come to do an estimate. The punctuality ended there. He was NEVER on time for the times he said he would be at my home. I would always get a message saying he was going to be 30min to an hour late right before the agreed upon time. One day, while I was waiting for him to show up, he tells me he can't be in until the next day and even then, he was an hour late. My time was utterly wasted. I rerranged all my days to accommodate him and ended up cancelling things in my life for nothing.

He did 3 things for me. Hang a chandelier for me, fix outdoor faucet pipe, and patch holes in garage drywall.

- it was an easy installation so had no major issues

-he was not a plumber so he did not have the equipment readily available, even though he had been to my home several times before. He had to run to the store to get push-fit fittings to fix the leak. The pipe no longer leaked so I'd say it was a job well done, but if you are expecting soldering, I would suggest using a plumber. Also, his bid apparently didn't cover the cost of materials for this project so I had to pay $50 more.
Garage Drywall
-He never had the materials needed prior to showtime so he had to make trips to the store on multiple occasions. I made a mistake by paying for everything before the job was done... He had to come back one last time(after standing me up and coming an hour late)to sand larger patches of drywall. I get a text saying he is all finished up so I go outside to check on the work and he is already gone. The work was rushed so it wasn't sanded well. He missed a few big spots(softball size) that didn't even get touched by sandpaper and I was left to clean up the drywall dust from all the sanding he did.

I will be not asking them to do more jobs for me in the future.
