Home Inspection - we had a tight deadline on a home inspection. Our agent referred us to a company that was not able to assist within the time frame needed but, fortunately, that company referred us to Andy. He was able to fit us in for a weekend appointment, spent 3 hours inspecting the home and walked us through the results. We had a very detailed report available to us within 24 hours. Not only did this report help us with making a decision to move forward with our purchase, it will be a great resource in the future with references/photos to all systems and appliances with make/model numbers, etc. Andy was such a pleasure to work with and made this process totally seamless. We would definitely recommend him for any home inspection needs and he would be our first call should we find ourselves in need of his services again.
