Bought a shed and metal carport. When digging the tie downs they damaged a water pipe. I immediately called a plumber and the city to turn it off. I called the business and they told me to bring my bill in. When I did, they said I signed something not making them liable. Afterwards, I found they are required by law to contact 811. Not me, but the business. They showed no remorse and handled me poorly! If they had called, they would of known not to damage my home. The owner doesn't know how to handle solutions that don't help him. He was nice while he was making money off of me.

Decided to start shopping storage buildings for the perfect shed at our house for storage, came across Handi House of Lake City, and have been thankful ever since. From the first phone call all the way to deliver Handi House had wonderful customer service. We decided to let them help us pull the permits and so happy we did. The building is the perfect size, everything was built just how we asked it. We look forward to future purchases with Handi House!

Beware! You get what you pay for. Went with them because they were the cheapest. 2 months after completion and my roof still leaks. They keep sending people out here to smears clear silicone all over everything, That's their idea of fixing it. If I could do it again I would go with someone else. Will never recommend them.
