Im Stuart S., the President of the HOA at Townhomes of Heritage Square in Lewisville, TX.
Our community became in need of a new roof & gutters.. We researched & interviewed several companies. We knew we needed to be very selective as this ,obviously, would keep our community secure for years to come.

John Bloom took his time to go over EVERY detail of this job. From the the top materials he uses, time frame of job, introducing his foreman, Sergio, & everything else that comes w/ re-roofing our homes. He left no stone unturned!
Hammertime General Contracting did a phenomenal job for us & ahead of schedule w/o cutting any corners!

I live in a 40 unit Condominium community which had hail and wind damage to the roofs in June 2023. I have served on the HOA Board of Directors for several years and now as President. We contacted Hammertime General Contracting for repair estimate after filing an insurance claim for roof damage. We were very pleased with the presentation given to the HOA Board by John Bloom and Shelly Gager outlining roof inspections, cost estimates, time frames, shingle examples and recommendations. John Bloom also is skilled in insurance settlements and was a welcomed resource throughout the major project. John Bloom, Shelly Gager and staff are very cordial and enjoyable to work with. Elton and team did a fantastic job with repairing my home after a hailstorm. They came for an inspection and found that I needed a new roof, fence and siding repair, and even found patio furniture that was damaged. When we engaged the insurance company, they were being very difficult and were avoiding payment for all the repairs. The Hammertime team were persistent and diligent with ensuring they provided all documentation to the insurance company and they finally agreed to provide payment for all the repairs. Awesome service!

I also had the Hammertime team perform an inspection at my parent’s house. They did not find any damage and did not pressure us for any unneeded repairs. Hammertime provides trust and integrity because they do what is right for the customer. Thanks Hammertime!

There are plenty of people out there who will do work but John goes above and beyond and makes sure his clients are happy and the work is professional and top quality. Dealing with this company has been one of the most stressful and disappointing contracting services I have ever used, I paid for their services and they literally took my money and never came out to do the work that we had agreed upon.
Not to mention getting ahold of anyone at the company to give me a refund or even an explanation has been impossible, these people are legit con artists BEWARE!!!
