Our air conditioner had been leaking refrigerant for several years. We had several companies come out to check the system and received quotes. We contacted Zach the owner of Hammer Heating & Air Conditioning and he came out and provided a fair and reasonable quote to replace the system. The crew came out and installed the new system and did an amazing job. They were hard working, polite and extremely professional. The quality of the work is exceptional and the new system works great.

Our furnace was blowing cold air on a cold Sunday morning so I called and left a voice mail with Hammer. Zach texted me back in about 10 minutes. He arrived a few hours later and fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes. He is one of the few contractors that I know that informs his customers if there is a change in his arrival time which I really appreciate. He also gave us some advice about getting our air ducts cleaned due to how dirty our air filter was after only a couple months. This was my second experience with Zach and I still highly recommend him!

I bought my house 6 years ago being completely clueless as to what I was really doing. This summer the a/c unit died and finding someone to just give an estimate was difficult. Until I contacted Hammer Heating. The replacement process was easy, fast, and seamless. Oh and it’s beyond quiet, we only noticed it was on when the cool air hit our legs in the kitchen! The staff was beyond professional and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I just wish I had contacted them when I bought the house!

I highly recommend Zack and his team. He came out and checked my AC and found nothing wrong and did not even charge me a service call. What a wonderful gentleman he was and he explained everything to me about what was going on with it. I will definitely be getting an AC unit in the future from him. I highly recommend him. He is at least $30 to $40, cheaper on a service call than anybody around. So if you need work done I highly recommend you call him first.

Highly recommend Zach. He’s been out a few times troubleshooting my aging furnace and AC, and he always makes time to stop by within a day or two of me calling. Even during the busy AC season, he was still willing to stop by the next day and throw a pound of refrigerant in my unit to keep things working until we replace the unit. Last time I needed a switch replaced, he came after hours to install it. Prices are reasonable, and he communicates everything that’s going on during the process. No surprises on the invoice. Glad we found a solid, local, small business that does great work.

Zach and Paul showed up on time, cleaned up my furnace (maintenance) and cleared out the sediment that had built up in my flue. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I will definitely contact this company again for future business.

Zach replaced the inducer motor in my furnace he was on time, replaced the motor and thermostat, and was in and out in about an hour. Very nice guy with great pricing beating other local companies by half the price. I’ll be using him to put central air in my home soon. I highly recommend giving him a call for all your HVAC needs.

On 1/31 at 9pm my furnace stopped working . After making a few calls , Zack was the only business to respond. Within 30 minutes he was at my home. He got me through the night and returned the next morning and replaced the motor . Can't say enough about the service. Will definitely use him for all future needs.

I was given a $3,750 and $3,985 estimate to fix my heat by two other guys, claiming I needed different things. Zach answered me right away, and told me it would be a $500 fix. He came out, and in 30 mins my kids and I had heat. Zach was quick, and so friendly!! But most of all, he's not out here taking advantage of people. Such an honest and friendly guy!! I found my new heating company for life!!

I contract Hammer on a Wednesday when my furnace smelled weird. It needed replaced ASAP and he worked with me to get it done by Friday. Excellent work and great price.

Zach was my third call on finding someone reasonable. I was just about to be in tears. My husband and I had been without heat for about a month. I had just called for estimates, but not only was he fair, knowledgeable about the business, but he also talked to my husband about future upgrade to will be easier and cheaper to us in the future. His pricing is THE BEST. He gives upfront pricing, no pay per hour rates.
He even wear shoe covers so your carpet won’t get soiled from outside debris. I highly highly recommend you trust only hammer with your HVAC ISSUES. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! He fixed our issue under 30 minutes if that.

Called Zach in September of 2022 about having our ac and heater replaced. First pleasant surprise: Zach answered the phone, most places you leave a message and they may or may not get back to you. Explained to Zach what I wanted and we set up an initial appointment. Zach arrived on time and after reviewing our needs he provide a list of options that would meet our personal needs and we were able to choose what we wanted. Scheduled an installation date. Zach said when he would arrive and provided updates if running a little late. Installation went smoothly and we are very happy with the service and equipment. Most importantly Zach provided excellent service and equipment at a very fair price.

We called a couple places for a yearly furnace maintenance check. The company we've used for the last few years wasn't able to come until the end of October. Zach came within a few days of us calling and was less expensive than the company we had been using. He also did a more thorough check than the previous HVAC company. He explained the hazards of our 19 year old furnace and provided a detailed estimate for a new one. 5 days later, Zach installed the new furnace. If you're looking for someone who is honest, prompt and professional, look no further. We highly recommend and will call him first when it comes to yearly maintenance!

If you are looking for heating and/or a/c, Zach is your guy. Look no further. We called him to install a/c and a heat pump. He was here the next day. He gave us a written estimate, down to the last detail, the very next day. He sat down with us and explained everything. Took a lot of his time going over everything. He is very professional, personable, honest, hard working, timely, and respectful. He knows his stuff. Anytime we called him with a question, he returned our call. He covered his shoes upon entering our home. There was never a mess in our home after he left. He cleaned up everything. We feel very fortunate to have found Zach! Do not hesitate to hire him.

Our AC broke and needed to be replaced. We called and got quotes from 7 different HVAC companies. Hammer had the best price and equipment. All the companies quoted us a 2.0T unit and Hammer quoted us a 2.5T machine and his quote was still lower!!! On install day he was fast, efficient, professional, and done well. Highest recommendation possible!

Zach is awesome. I wouldn’t go elsewhere for furnace or ac problems. I called him around 4pm and by 6pm he was at my house fixing my issue. Thanks again.

Zach and his team were very professional and efficient. They quickly responded for estimates and were able to put the air conditioner in less than a week. The cost was very fair and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I called Zach Hammer at 6:00 pm on Wednesday because my water heater bit the dust. I have a family of 5 and simply can’t be without hot water. He understood my urgent needs and worked me into his schedule the following day. He made it to my house around noon on Thursday and installed my new water heater. Not only was he a complete professional and did amazing work, but he was also $400 CHEAPER than any other estimate!!! To top it all off, he replaced two leaky valves that he noticed in my laundry room! If 10 stars was an option, he’s worth it! Honest, fast, efficient, expert, fair. Zach was great from the start. It wasnt 2 mins from asking for a quote on google he called me setting up a time to come out. He even tried to fix the furnace before just replacing it. Ultimately it did need replaced but he credited service call and installed furnace in the next 2 days for a great price. Thank you so much and I will certainly be using you in the future!! I wish I had a Zach & Mark for every Job that I needed done.Wasted no time getting started Zach went straight to the AC an Mark went to the Heating system. I was given a price for the AC/ Furnace that I could live with. I called a company that I had dealt with for years thinking that I would be given a good price turn out for the same furnace he wanted about $3000:00 more with no compromising. His ratings are very true. Great job clean up after, very happy me and the wife. We all know the story about a happy wife. Upon leaving I thank Zach & Mark as well as saying thank you my friend.

They installed a new heating/cooling system in our house and I am thoroughly satisfied! System works great and the cost was THOUSANDS less than other estimates we had gotten. The guys are professional but also down to earth and easy to talk to.

My project wasn’t necessarily easy. But he was able to complete everything flawlessly. Never once showed frustration or complained when we ran into problems. His knowledge was amazing definitely taught me a few things. His prices were fair. If you find someone cheaper don’t do it go with Hammer Heating with his workmanship knowledge and professionalism you will not be disappointed.

A++. I have worked with HVAC people before and he not only does great work at low prices but genuinely cares about his customers. Removed an old moldy humidifier for $15!
