Shingles were blown off of the roof on my house. As soon as the weather was warm enough to work on the project, the workers were scheduled and work completed quickly. Also Nick, who was my contact, was very attentive and responded to my questions and needs very, very well!

Ross from Rain Roofing showed up when the adjuster from my insurance company came to look at wind damage on my roof and actually went up on the roof with him but after I sent Ross my estimate I didn't hear anything so I called him and he said that he wanted to come and take pictures of the underside of my roof the following Tuesday. I canceled my plans for the day because he was supposed to meet me at 10am. and he never showed up. I the waited until Friday and called the phone number for Rain Roofing and I spoke with a woman who stated that someone would call me back within 24 to 48 hours. It's been 12 days and nobody returned my call. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with them.

I was in need of a new roof and am so grateful for Bryan and Judy helping me. They were pleasant, honest and upfront about what they were going to do and the cost of the project. They made it seem effortless and worked with me keeping me informed on the progress of the work. Roof was completed in one day! And they were here throughout overseeing it all. Rain replaced my roof and siding in 2022 after it was damaged by hail. Dean and his team worked diligently with my insurance company to address all their questions regarding my claim. The entire team at Rain was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive through the entire process.
I would like to add that approximately 1 year after the replacement, a heavy wind storm blew several pieces of my siding off. I called Rain and they responded immediately and made the repair. They are definitely a contractor I would work with in the future.

I cant say enough good things about Rain Roofing. I spoke with George about installing a new 5V metal roof since mine was damaged in the hurricane. The crew he has is super fast and professional. What blew me away was how much plastic and wood they put down to protect the house and floor for the demo process.

Very timely to say the least. Rain worked with me and my insurance company to get this large job done. After some wind/weather damage they documented everything and assisted me while we worked through the admin with my insurer.

Storm damage to roof insurance company did not initially intend to replace. Rain inspected and provided evidence documentation to support replacement as it was not repairable. After several iterations of calls and document submittals from Rain, the insurance company decision was changed to replacement. I am grateful to Rain for their support and sticking with me for several months. Quality installation looks great.

Have been trying to get in touch with them for over a month with no response. Everytime i call or email they tell me they guarantee someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours and nope still have not heard from them. I guess ever since the moved to Irwin they are too good for anyone else.

Rain did a very professional job replacing my roof and gutters that had been damaged by windstorms. They were relentless in trying to get as much reimbursement as possible from my insurance company. Their people were on site making sure I knew what was going on at all times. Their pricing was fair and there were no surprises. A couple of glitches were taken care of immediately. Casey was excellent with information and step by step pictures of the entire tear down and replacement of our roof. The clean up crew was phenomenal! Great team that Rain has created. The biggest problem with the home remolding industry is poor communication. Project Manager Casey Teagarden was fantastic. Every step of the way we knew exactly what was happening. Always available and helpful. We had an issue with one difficult corner on the gutter system and he had his team out there and fixed it 100%. I can't recommend Rain any higher. Rain should be proud of the work Casey brings to the table. 100% satisfied.

Rain replaced our roof in 2019 and did a great job - very efficient, on time, did a great job communicating throughout. Dean and David are awesome. We ran into problems with the new shingles - it was a product defect, not having to do with Rain - and they went to bat for us to resolve the issue with shingle manufacturer. I worked with Rain Remodeling after my house took significant hail damage from a storm in 2020. Their crew was done with my roof in 2 days but what was more satisfying was their attention to detail and exceptional customer service. 2020 came with many uncertainties but what was certain was David Shaw's intentions to making sure I was satisfied with the job they performed. Even after the job their clean up efforts were great. David Shaw displayed some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I would give my recommendations and will personally work with them again in future.

I was very pleased with Rain Roofing. Casey Teagarden was there from day one to help. He communicates very well via phone or text (which is helpful due to having meetings). He was there for the insurance inspections to talk to the adjuster and for the full day of the roof installation. Even though I was home during the installation casey sent pictures and videos of the actions of his team during the whole process. I would recommend Casey and his team to anyone! Quality work, quick turn around time, and great cleanup.

Rain Remodeling just finished a roofing job on my home a couple of days ago. They started the job on Tuesday morning and finished Wednesday evening. Rain Remodeling (Judy and Bryan) were professional, attentive and helped us through an insurance claim. We were having issues with our gutters. During their inspection they identified that our roof sustained some wind damage. They removed and replaced the shingles, fixed the gutters and installed gutter guards. Looks great and no more issues with our gutters.

Called to get an estimate on soffit and fascia for our home as we want to have it done next spring. Someone returned our call, leaving a message that "they're to busy now and aren't interested in doing it" before even speaking to us and knowing we didn't want to do the job until 2020. That's no way to handle business. Will never recommend them to anyone after that lack of customer service.
