So we hired them to remodel our entire house, they painted every room in our house, replace all flooring, remodeled 2 of our 3 bathrooms and couldn’t be happier with the results, these guys do not only excel at roof replacements, I would recommend them for any of your home repair/remodeling needs !

We had wind damage from some severe storms recently. Called Halo and had them come out for an inspection. Paul did a great job not only inspecting the roof but taking ownership of the project from start to finish. They ran into issues getting all the materials I had chosen as the shingles were currently back ordered but Paul was able to locate some out of state and had them shipped in. The entire repair took less than a day. Couldn't be any happier with the service provided. Thanks Paul and Halo.

These guys were professional from the moment Paul came out to inspect our damage until the installation was complete. The prices are competitive and they helped me in dealing with my insurance company. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with any contractor.

Getting our roof repaired after hurricane Zeta was a literal breeze! The team at Halo was fast, responsive, and professional. Paul was our rep and he was a pleasure to work with. He took the reigns and followed up with our insurance so we didn’t have to do anything else with them. He handled it all. He even upgraded our shingles at no extra cost to us, so now we have a 30 year warranty. I can’t say enough positive things about them, and will certainly recommend and use again in the future. The entire process took about 5 business days. We contacted Paul at Halo, he gave us a quote and came out the next business day, and quickly got us started. Two days later the materials were delivered and the following day the whole process was over. Paul and the guys at Halo gave us a great roof, a great and competitive price, and did everything within an incredible time frame. It was an overall great experience, I would use them again in a heart beat but I doubt I will have to.

Our Roof was replaced 5 years ago. We have water damage around the chimney and in one of our upstairs bedrooms. I placed a call to have them come out and look at it but was told I was out of warranty so they would not fix any damage. So I wrote a review. Tim the owner reached out and scheduled time to take a look. He said the damage was caused by improper installation and agreed to fix it so I took the review down. A contracted roofer came and started working on it. It was after the contractor showed up and started to fix the area that I then received a quote for $1350... and they would not start until they received payment. We tried to reach back out to Tim, but never received a call back. Make sure you are clear on the warranty, a 4 year roof warranty isn’t really standing behind your work.

Scott Sofield inspected our roof, found hail damage, and then worked with us and our insurance adjuster to get our claim approved. The work was scheduled promptly and our large roof was completed in only a day. The work was excellent and Scott stayed in touch the entire time.

When the work crew arrived they were prompt and professional. I had a great experience with Halo Roofing. Scott and Chris were fabulous. They met with my insurance adjuster about the state of my roof. My insurance covered the cost of my roof minus my deductible. There is no doubt that they played a huge part in making this happen. My roof was put on in one day and looks great!

I recently had a small roof leak and called Halo. Scott and Chris arrived promptly, professionally attired and most courteous. They discovered that I had msjor wind and hsil damage. Scott personally called State Farm, filed the claim and followed up with meeting with the adjuster. Claim approved abd roof was installed on the next good weather day. The crew was prompt and did a fantastic job, especially with cleanup. Scott has followed through with phone calls and texts, checking if there were any problems or concerns. He even came the next day to pick up any remaining nails/debris in the yard. Never have I experienced customer service to this degree! This should be the standard for all companies.

The process from roofing assessment to new roof only took about 2 1/2 weeks. The process was smooth and the work was top notch. Scott was our roofing specialist and he was awesome; he stayed in contact with us the entire time and made sure we were a 100% satisfied!
