I had been putting off my 20+ year old roof replacement for a number of years, until I met Jim and the team from Hallmark Construction & Restoration, Inc
Jim spent an impressive amount of time explaining every facet of the process, including a very detailed inspection of the existing roof, pointing out the “missing” components such as a functionable drip edge, the gaps in the existing sheathing and the improper methods used in the valleys.
He provided examples of more modern roofing shingles, and the reasoning behind the selection of the manufacturer.
He also took the time to explain how the insurance company was going to handle this, and the possibility (an eventual reality) of their “slow roll”.
When the crew arrived, they wasted no time in the complete removal and replacement, including new sheathing and aluminum valleys. The facia and gutters were completed on another day.
Very happy I selected Hallmark Construction & Roofing….I would highly recommend you do the same.
