I have done business with Fiji for years. Whenever I have a problem with my roof, I never stress. I know I can call Chad and his team will be out there promptly, the issue will be 100% fixed, and at a fair price and by the way, there isn't a more honest company in Chicagoland! Fiji Construction more than stands by their work. Recently, I had a defective shingle. The roof was way out of warranty and not only did they honor it, they did it free of charge!! Who does that these days? Fiji always has my complete confidence. I would recommend them to any and everyone! DO NOT hesitate to call them with your roofing and siding needs. They did my full roof installation quite a few years ago but I needed a little touch up from a recent storm. They came out and did the repair within two days. Excellent response, very professional and, even after all this time, were still very attentive in supporting my issues.

Great experience working with Chad and his team. Fiji replaced my siding, window wraps, fascia, soffits and gutters. They also replaced a special-order window in the master bath, and it fit perfectly. The whole process was well coordinated and the quality of the work was excellent. Highly recommend!

We had our siding, trim, gutters and roof done. It looks fantastic. The teams worked fast and payed attention to details. Cleanup, a concern for my wife, was great. Everyone was friendly and customer oriented. Customer service has been great even after the install. They came back and changed the direction of one of the gutter downspouts and provided a peice of matching flashing so I could add a range vent to the outside and flash it with a color matching siding piece. Fully recommended.

Great customer service! We had our siding installed 11 years ago by Fiji. This past week, the strong storm that blew through caused two pieces of siding to loosen and appear to be damaged. Thinking we needed to replace the pieces, we called Fiji to ask about repair service. Fiji had two installers stop by and they were able to quickly reset the pieces, and no replacement was necessary. Best of all - free of charge. That's really great customer service, long after any warranty period expired. Thank you!

I’m so happy I listened to all the great reviews about Fiji Construction and hired them for my new roof and gutters. My neighbors had even used them a few years ago! I had an old roof with water damage that insurance was refusing to cover, so it was extremely important that I felt comfortable working with a contractor was that trustworthy. When I met with Jason I knew I found my team. This was my first time getting a roof replaced and I had a ton of questions. Jason was so patient and answered everything thoroughly in detail, and he even responded immediately whenever I messaged with additional questions. They were even able to get me in ASAP because they knew I was extremely concerned about further water damage!
The day the team came they did a wonderful job protecting all my landscaping during the tear-off and working expertly to get all the difficult wood-rot sections repaired prior to beginning the new roof. I had several areas of the house that I knew were problematic, but Jason and I had discussed how they would approach the issues and what would ultimately be the best method. Of course it all turned out great! Even with all the extra work involved the crew worked together so efficiently they were able to get all the repairs and the new roof up in one day. I had the same great professionalism when the gutters were installed. The original gutters weren’t designed to handle the amount of water and the weight of leaves the house receives. Tim designed a better system that would alleviate any future water damage.
When Jason and Adam came for the final inspection I was able to ask any final questions and tell them what a great job their team had done. These guys are the consummate professionals who deliver on a personal level. I really felt like they were taking care of me because of integrity for the desire to help people in their community actually get a quality product and service and not just for them to increase a customer base. I would use Fiji again with no hesitation. I could go on longer with more specifics but I’ll just say Jason’s crew is the best!

We needed roof repair for water coming through our Bathroom fan/vent. We called Fiji and Debbie who answered immediately put a plan and team together. Helped me with the whole process with my insurance company and even helped me when my insurance company was going to not pay my claim to get me what I needed to finish repairs on my house. I would go back to them if I needed roofing or siding done.

I hired Fiji to fix my roof and siding when I had hail damage last winter. Bob came out and was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a new homeowner, Bob was very patient with me and walked me through the process with which I was not at all familiar. He dealt with my insurance company and after some back and forth was able to get EVERYTHING covered! (siding, fascia, soffit, roof, etc.). Once the claim was approved, the work started within a week (when weather permitted) and was finished within a couple days. Throughout the whole process, Bob was very communicative. I always felt in the loop and never felt like I was being taken advantage of. After the work was done, he came by to inspect the work with me to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I have been working with Fiji construction for the last 5 years in both residential (apartment buildings) and commercial projects Movie theater, grocery store) ranging from Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Windows and even the construction of my office porch. I have normally worked with Chad and Adam and can’t complain about anything, They are always responsive, and do quality work. They have come out on weekends for calls without additional charges. They are very well priced in a competitive market. I look forward to more projects with these guys in the near future.

Jason and the team at Fiji are top notch! Jason prospected me about my roof, siding, and gutters, and then worked with my insurance company hand-in-hand. He helped identify spots on my roof, gutters, and siding to the insurance company so that this was all covered. Fiji even identified issues with the windows while doing the work and got additional reimbursements added on to my coverage. He made what was a headache for me easy as pie. From our first meeting, Chad and Bob went seriously to work. We had hail damage to our siding and our roof. They worked tirelessly with the insurance company and their timeframe while discovering further damage to soffits and facia. Fiji installed gutters, downspouts, soffit, facia, and a skylight. The insurance gave us just over a week to have the work finished while in the midst of our daughters wedding. Needless to say, we had no time to worry about the outcomes, but Bob and Chad ensured that the work would be done to perfection and on time. We were very impressed with their team, their work ethic, the materials themselves and the finished product. We strongly recommend Fiji construction if you need the job done quickly, correctly and beautifully.

Fiji engaged me at my home after re-doing the roof of some neighbors. The process started well, and they made engaging insurance easy.

Red flags surfaced when they talked about covering the deductible with the insurance money (insurance fraud?) by not redoing the gutters listed in the insurance breakdown.

Not long after, we had a meeting where I felt comfortable going forward with the work on the roof. However when they left my home, I noticed my name signed on an agreement (but it was NOT my signature, they never asked me to sign anything). The sad part is, I would have signed the agreement if they'd asked me. I asked them to cancel the work after my name was forged. It doesn't matter how important or unimportant a document is, I am NOT willing to engage with ANY organization that forges my name on a document.

Upon hearing that I decided not to move forward with Fiji - Chad, the owner, CAME TO MY HOME AND YELLED AT MY WIFE. He said, "what goes around comes around". If that isn't a threat, I'm not sure what is, but I don't feel that any honest business would conduct themselves in that way.

I can NOT in good faith recommend this business. Do your research, and make sure you know your options.

Fiji Construction offers full and complete professional service throughout the process of roof replacement. Fiji replaced our roof and during the process identified a defect in the shingles that occurred during the manufacturing process. They stood beside us the entire time until the issue was resolved. They are always responsive, very knowledgeable and transparent. I would highly recommend them.

I was in need of getting my detached garage roof repaired and Chad came out quickly to take a look and then within a day or two I had my quote. Also, I had my roof done on my house years prior and Fiji was able to match the shingles. They were out quickly to replace my roof and were done in one day. The guys were all professional and courteous! And I didn’t find any left over debris after they were done! 5 out of 5 is all I can give but I would give them a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!!

Where do I start…I was referred to Fiji Construction from a dear friend who said that this company is very responsive, professional and provided great craftsmanship. Immediately after contacting them, they came out to look at my roof, was thorough in explaining all the necessary steps and helped me through the claims process. In addition, there were many times that my insurance agent reached out to them and they were instrumental in providing my insurance company with whatever they needed to get my roof approved. When the job started, the team was hard working, fast and when the roof was completed, my yard was meticulous. I highly recommend this company as the owner is a real standup guy and the people he employs are great too.

I had some birds get in through my soffit. I called Fiji Construction and Ethan came out the next day and gave me a quote. Ethan also temporarily fixed the soffit. Shortly after the temporary fix the Fiji crew came out to install a new soffit. Fiji Construction did a great job! I recommend their services.

The Fuji construction team pays attention to all the details in order to give you a rock solid job, as well as a good looking final product. They do extra things like putting metal flashings in all the valleys, this helps prevent leaks. The corner wraps were put on in such a manner the nails didn't show. The fascia wrap is embossed to prevent buckling. Oversize downspouts to prevent clogging. .

I had several "special requests" during the project which they honored without any complaints.

I live on a windy hill and always had problems with siding coming off. It has been 2 years since Fiji has replaced the roof and siding at my residence no problems at all.

My repairs were covered by insurance. The Fiji team met with the appraiser on the initial inspection pointing out all the damage that needed to be covered. Team Fiji handled any correspondence with my insurance required to get the job completed.

State Farm isn't the easiest insurance company to deal with for claims... understatement of the year. But working with Jason at Fiji has made the whole process so much easier. He really cares about helping out the customer, even when State Farm is making him jump through the most ridiculous hoops.

Adam and Fiji Construction are the best! My home needed a new roof and Adam gave us a very fair price. His crew worked very fast to get the roof done before the cold weather came, and Adam came back to do a final inspection and polish up one small thing at no extra cost. What can I say… I’ve known Adam Tagli for quite a while now. And when I had issues on my roof in June of 2020 and found out Adam is the man for Fiji, I knew I would run with them. From the inspection on the roof and siding to the color selections of the roof to the actual day of, everything was as smooth as butter. The crews came early and left later on in the evening. But they banged things out in one day! ONE DAY! Quick and professional! All the guys around the house were respectful. Adam was in and out checking on the job. The cleaned up the garbage. Kept all the materials in order. There’s nothing to complain about. I have and will recommended Fiji to anyone for roofing or siding needs. We've had a wonderful experience with Fiji. We were quoting siding about a year ago with paint failing on cedar shake shingles, but was a little out of the budget. However, our salesperson, Jason noticed some damage to our Cedar roof from the Labor Day weekend hail storms of 2021 and worked with our insurance to get the roof replaced, turned out really nice.

Fast forward a year and after dealing with a handful of incompetent painting companies, long story short decided to bite the bullet and just get the house resided. Jason came back out and requoted the siding and noted a ~3 week lead time. Just like the roof, the crew was on-time and did a fantastic job with a great attention to detail. A few quibbles I had about certain details of the job they came back out and addressed no questions asked. They also worked with me to get all new gutters instead of rehanging the old ones so the color would match perfect, which was appreciated.

I couldn't be happier how the house turned out and will now be years of maintenance free living. Highly recommend and will definitely reach out Fiji again when our carriage house needs siding. Thank you!

Fiji had a very prompt response time. They finished the Fascia, soffits, and gutters for the entire building within two days. They were even able to match the color to our existing siding. We are quite happy with the look of our new gutters and fascia.

From Zach to Adam to the entire crew, the experience was very impressive. They worked with us to do the best within our budget.
