Casey and team were great. Our roof was 30+ years old and needed to be replaced. They were very easy to work with and had great communication. The pricing was fair, we did not feel like we were getting scammed when compared to other quotes. The roofers did an amazing job cleaning up and paid attention to all the minor details. Do not use this company! I called back in May to get an estimate on my roof and spoke to Andy who came out to do the estimate. Seemed like a nice guy then when it came time to set up the appt for the State Farm agent to come out we had to reschedule twice due to the weather and the third time when State Farm came out, Andy couldn’t be there. Understandable since things happen. State Farm gave a complete different estimate to what Andy gave us. I appealed my claim with State Farm and send a message to Andy on July 8 informing him I appealed and they will be coming back out to do another inspection. No reply back. This morning I finally got a hold f State Farm with a set date of 8/7/20 to which Andy replies sorry we are on quarantine??? Well really? Tell me something I don’t know! Don’t you think you should have followed up? Lack of communication and feedback! Very disappointed and will be making reviewers everywhere I can how unprofessional this company is!

We were very pleased with the crew! They went over and above making sure everything was done properly! Cleanup was done quickly and everything was professional! We would definitely recommend this company for your roofing needs!

George was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Price was very good to tear off old shingles and replace. The whole crew worked hard to finish my roof in only 1 day. That was great! Talking with the foreman, I could tell he takes pride in doing quality work. Being a tradesman myself, I know that not everyone does. I’m very happy with how my house looks with the new roof. Also have piece of mind knowing I have a much higher quality shingle then I previously had. I would definitely recommend using them. A quality, no nonsense contractor!

Brenden was great to work with! He helped us replace 23 windows of various types. Most were double hung, but we had a few casement windows and a large picture window in our front foyer. His crew completed the entire job in just a few days and were super quick! Brenden provided great recommendations for cost savings and made the process super easy for us.

GREAT Experience! From the sales person Brenden to the installers, Custom Roofing replaced all of our windows in our house and we could not be happier. Brenden went the extra mile and matched up the siding color with trim so we had minimal expense and he worked in our budget to make the whole process seamless. The installers were on time, very courteous and very clean and neat. I would recommend Custom Roofing to anyone looking for new windows or roofing.

Several months of back and forth, we have 1/2 @ roof, damage due to nails coming into the ceiling (nails from the outside shingles came into the house!!), damaged gutters (have it on our surveillance), and more.

Worst experience ever. We're considering hiring another roofer to comete the work and a carpenter to fix the custom interior wood ceiling they damanged, a siding company to actually do the siding (custom roofing still hasn't started that part of the job), hire someone to finish the windows b/c they allegedly forgot they needed window jams for out windows.

Custom is all about the CUSTOMer. They are professional, and will take the time to answer your questions and put your mind at ease!
