FAMILY. Hailstone Roofing exceeded my expectations. I drive by other job sites and feared all the debri, chaos, mess, un organization. Preston has an amazing team, so organized, and put together. The job took 1 day and was so neat and tidy. Vs. my neighbors house that took 3 days and looked like a war zone. Preston walked me thru the process and I was so at ease with the whole process. They were able to schedule someone to be on site the very next morning, who was able to quickly diagnose and ultimately replace the fan that same day. It was great working with Preston. He came over the next day after he found about my issue. Had been fighting with another company that had “fixed” my leak but I still had water coming in. Then they said it was a construction issue with my house. He had it fixed the next day with new flashing. Old company reused the original one so it had extra holes from when it was originally installed.

We hired Hailstone to replace our hail damaged roof after a recent storm. They did a wonderful job working with my insurance company to facilitate all the repairs to our home.

I called the team at Hailstone after the hail storm hit last weekend. We filed an insurance claim after we had an inspection done to make sure the damage was enough to justify a replacement. Today we had our adjuster meeting and found out we will be getting a new roof, gutters, and carports soon installed by Hailstone Roofing & Construction.

Preston Merritt is the guy to call for a new roof. You couldn't ask for a better person. He went above and beyond to help me to try and get the insurance to pay for my roof, but when they refused, he saved me a bunch of money, and him and his guy's did an awesome job on my roof, and replaced it in a day. Even though it’s not up to me on whether or not I get to use the company because I’m tied by the HOA. While I wait for my HOA to get their act together, Preston did come and temporarily fix my roof so that I’m not getting more water damage and I sincerely appreciate it.

I was referred to Preston as my bathroom ceiling was leaking with a 5 year old roof. Preston came out the next day, assessed my roof, texted pics and a solution to my problem. The next day he did some investigating and noted my shingles had a 30 year warranty and contacted the manufacturer. Let's just say I will be getting a brand new roof and plumbing valves to address the leak. I'm so elated and blessed to have crossed paths with Preston. He's the best.
