The project manager, Jeff, would answer any question I had until I had paid $2,000 down. Then he ghosted me and wouldn’t respond to any form of communication for months. I had to call the corporate HQ in Minnesota to get information. Signed agreement in June, siding was installed in February. 8+ months wait for 1 wall of siding damaged in hail storm.
When they finally did the job in February, the workers left a giant mess. I’m still picking up nails, small scraps of siding and styrofoam all over the yard. Luckily, I went right out and looked or my child probably would’ve had a large nail through her foot. They basically picked up the big pieces and left everything else for me to do.
The only positive thing I can say is that the actual siding installation looks fine. I was close to cancelling the entire project and hiring a different contractor, but Vanessa in their office got in touch with me and was more organized than Jeff.
Would not use again.
The quality and workmanship of the leaf guard is horrendous. It's jagged, doesn't meet at the seams, and is the cheapest material they could find. They left debris all over . The worst part is that I still have to clean the pine needles off the top of the gutter guard. The original quote was dramatically cheaper than what was billed to my insurance.
It took 2 years to complete the job. We heard every excuse.
